Hello everyone and a warm greeting friends and friends of SWC, I'm Luis Romero @pimoswo, I'm part of the Streetworkout community on the hive blockchain. Today I bring you 4 types of pull-ups that you can incorporate into your hale routines to vary the traditional exercises, then you will see variations of pull-ups different from those that are customary and are good to work very well our pull strength.
Éstos ejercicios los seleccioné para que puedan variar aunque sea una vez los ejercicios de jale que suelen realizar, cuando quiero probar cosas nuevas o distintas en mis rutinas agrego alguno de estos ejercicios para hacer más entretenidos mis entrenamientos. También les dejo una pequeña rutina en el post para que se animen a realizarla, tiene incluidos todos los ejercicios.
I selected these exercises so that you can vary at least once the pulling exercises you usually do, when I want to try new or different things in my routines I add some of these exercises to make my workouts more entertaining. I also leave a small routine in the post so you can try it, it has all the exercises included.
