Hola amigos de esta bonita comunidad de Full Deportes en HIVE – 3SPEAK.

Mañana de mucho frío en Argentina y sinceramente mi ego, intentando cuidarme, me decía, quédate en tu cama que estarás mejor. Pero, de un tiempo a esta parte, estoy cumpliendo con mi palabra y esta no sería la excepción. Me levanté muy temprano, mates de por medio, ya parte de la mochila lo preparé el día anterior y al evento directamente, con la asistencia del amigo Rubén y Óscar (El Whass).

It was a very cold morning in Argentina and honestly my ego, trying to take care of me, was telling me, stay in bed, you'll be better off. But, for some time now, I am keeping my word and this would not be the exception. I got up very early, mates in between, I had already prepared part of the backpack the day before and went directly to the event, with the assistance of my friend Rubén and Óscar (El Whass).

Cuando llego a un pueblo y/o ciudad, me gusta recorrerlo un poco (todo depende del tiempo que tenga), como para situarme geográficamente en el lugar. Normalmente, todos los pueblos tienen lo mismo (escuelas, farmacias, iglesias, municipio, panadería, etc.), pero debo reconocer que cada pueblo tiene su impronta.

When I arrive in a town and/or city, I like to walk around it a bit (it all depends on the time I have), as to situate myself geographically in the place. Normally, all towns have the same things (schools, pharmacies, churches, municipality, bakery, etc.), but I must admit that each town has its own stamp.

Me encontré con amigos del deporte, algunos competían, otros fueron simplemente a alentar y disfrutar del evento. Me encontré con el amigo José Luis, Braian, Cintia y Germán. Siempre con toda la buena onda que es característico de estos eventos.

I met friends of the sport, some of them were competing, others were just there to cheer and enjoy the event. I met my friend José Luis, Braian, Cintia and Germán. Always with all the good vibes that is characteristic of these events.

Él frío seguía azotando a esas horas, pero por suerte el poncho de los humildes (el sol), se hizo presente. Estaba todo listo, la entrada en calor, el asado que prometía mucho y Palabritas preparada para rodar.

The cold was still raging at that time, but luckily the poncho of the humble (the sun), was present. Everything was ready, the warm-up, the asado that promised a lot and Palabritas ready to roll.

Siempre, como Argentino y latinoamericano, nos gusta quejarnos de las diferentes cuestiones de los eventos. Pero esta vez, debo reconocer que todo salió muy bien, y en especial me gusto la medalla finisher. Simulaba un corono de bicicleta, bien pesada y grabada con los datos del evento. Esto es muy importante para los ciclistas, porque cuando nos preguntan por tal o cual evento, las medallas nos ayudan a recordarlo.
Mis tiempos me gustaron, sé que puedo mejorar, pero nada es casualidad y todo es causalidad, según mi parecer. Seguiremos entrenando y a futuro mejoraremos la bicicleta.

Always, as an Argentinean and Latin American, we like to complain about the different issues of the events. But this time, I must admit that everything went very well, and I especially liked the >finisher medal. It simulated a bicycle crown, very heavy and engraved with the data of the event. This is very important for cyclists, because when we are asked about this or that event, the medals help us to remember it.
I liked my times, I know I can improve, but nothing is coincidence and everything is causality, in my opinion. We will continue training and in the future we will improve the bike.
