Trote con Zuni - 8 km | Trout with Zuni - 8 km (Eng/Esp Subtitle)

Hola amigos de esta bonita comunidad de Full Deportes en HIVE – 3SPEAK.

El clima en Argentina, actualmente invita a quedarse en la casa, disfrutando unos ricos mates. Pero intento cumplir con lo que me prometí, cuando me inscribí al duatlón que participare, y tiene que ver con realizar los entrenamientos a pesar de… Hoy, con la compañía de mi esposa Zuni, salimos a disfrutar del poncho de los humildes (el sol) y ejecutar los entrenos correspondientes.

The weather in Argentina, currently invites to stay at home, enjoying some delicious mates. But I try to fulfill what I promised myself, when I signed up for the duathlon that I will participate, and it has to do with doing the training in spite of... Today, with the company of my wife Zuni, we went out to enjoy the poncho of the humble (the sun) and execute the corresponding training.

La aplicación dice que hicimos 10 km aproximadamente, y es porque Zuni lo prendió, ni bien salimos de la casa. Pero, netamente, corrimos 8 km. De igual manera, en esta etapa, lo que intento realizar, es sumar kilómetros de trote, mejorar mis hábitos alimenticios y conforme nos iremos acercarnos a la fecha de la competencia, empezaremos a realizar pasadas, para buscar el mejor ritmo posible. Recuerden que también debo entrenar en la bicicleta, mínimo dos veces por semana.

The app says that we did approximately 10 km, and that's because Zuni turned it on as soon as we left the house. But, clearly, we ran 8 km. Similarly, at this stage, what I try to do, is to add kilometers of jogging, improve my eating habits and as we get closer to the date of the competition, we will begin to make passes, to look for the best possible pace. Remember that I must also train on the bike, at least twice a week.

Creo que gracias al sol, todo es posible, en este planeta y es por eso que lo disfruto y agradezco, cada vez que me encuentro con él. Recuerdo que cuando niño, íbamos al colegio caminando muy temprano, pasando por campos helados y cuando aparecía el sol, todo se maravillaba. Os invito a caminar, aunque sea 1 hora por día y disfrutar de nuestro sol.

I believe that thanks to the sun, everything is possible on this planet and that is why I enjoy it and am grateful every time I meet it. I remember when I was a child, we used to walk to school very early in the morning, passing by frozen fields and when the sun appeared, everything was marveled. I invite you to walk, even 1 hour a day and enjoy our sun.
