Mis Adicciones | Video Pódcast [Esp/Eng Subtitled]

   Nunca pensé estar escribiendo sobre esto, y gracias a la web 3 y a la blockchain de #Hive, podemos expresarnos y dejarlo plasmado eternamente, por todos los tiempos. En lo particular, no creo que sea un problema, pero el tema es que yo soy el paciente, y mi punto de vista, no puede ser tenido en cuenta.

I never thought I would be writing about this, and thanks to web 3 and the #Hive blockchain, we can express ourselves and leave it forever, for all time. In particular, I don't think it's a problem, but the thing is, I'm the patient, and my point of view, can't be taken into account.

      Mientras escribo estas líneas, está lloviendo, así que "imagínense", que está pasando por mi cabeza. En el campo, que es de donde adquirí el hábito, prácticamente se hace todos los días, pero más aún, en los días de lluvia y ese patrón, prevalece en mi subconsciente.

As I write these lines, it is raining, so "imagine", what is going through my head. In the countryside, which is where I acquired the habit, it is practically done every day, but even more so, on rainy days and that pattern, prevails in my subconscious.

      La idea, de hacer este video, es por una charla que tuvimos en un grupo de WhatsApp, con los moderadores de la comunidad Hive Argentina, donde yo contaba sobre mi "adicción" a las tortas fritas y Marluy (@mamaemigrante), gentilmente, me escribió el texto.
Creo que es muy importante, recibir retroalimentación sobre nuestros comportamientos cotidianos, de las personas con las cuales charlamos muy a menudo. Muchas veces no somos conscientes, de malos hábitos que tenemos y una tercera opinión, nos puede hacer ver, de manera objetiva, el problema.

The idea of making this video is because of a chat we had in a WhatsApp group with the moderators of the Hive Argentina community, where I talked about my "addiction" to fried cakes and Marluy (@mamaemigrante), kindly wrote me the text.
I think it is very important to receive feedback about our daily behaviors from the people with whom we talk very often. Many times we are not aware of the bad habits we have and a third opinion can make us see the problem objectively.

      Para mi familia, no es algo de su devoción, pero me complacen realizándolas o ayudándome, lo cual agradezco en demasía. En Paraguay, país de donde es Zuni (@zutodoterreno), lo llaman Pireca y allá, compite directamente con el Reviro (comida tradicional y tema que tocaremos en otro post).
La intención de la publicación, es que seamos conscientes, de esos hábitos que muchas veces nos causan enfermedades, sin darnos cuenta. Intento paliarlo, con la actividad física, lo cual no sé si está bien.

For my family, it is not something of their devotion, but they please me by making them or helping me, which I am very grateful for. In Paraguay, country where Zuni (@zutodoterreno) is from, they call it Pireca and there, it competes directly with the Reviro (traditional food and topic that we will touch on in another post).
The intention of the publication is to make us aware of those habits that often cause us diseases, without realizing it. I try to alleviate it, with physical activity, which I do not know if it is right.
