Reto 366 de Burpees Día #100 Total 5.058 [Esp/Eng Subtitled] 🔥

   Llegamos al día 100 y aunque parece poco, ya llevo 5.058 burpees. Muy feliz, por los avances que estoy teniendo y enfocado al 100%, hacia la meta anual. Complementamos los entrenamientos con running y ciclismo, simplemente para hacerlo más divertido, como diría @zutodoterreno.

We reached day 100 and although it seems little, I've already done 5,058 burpees. Very happy, for the progress I'm making and 100% focused, towards the annual goal. We complement the workouts with running and cycling, just to make it more fun, as @zutodoterreno would say.

      En el día 90, acompañado por Zuni, hicimos un trote de aproximadamente 5 km, porque si queremos correr maratones, debemos correr. Si bien el burpees ayuda mucho a la preparación física, en las maratones se corre y eso, también debemos entrenarlo.

On day 90, accompanied by Zuni, we did a jog of about 5 km, because if we want to run marathons, we must run. Although burpees help a lot in physical preparation, in marathons we run and that, too, we must train.

      Arrancamos de día y terminamos el entrenamiento, casi de noche. Aumentamos un poco la dificultad para trabajar otras parte del cuerpo y hacerlo, un tanto más divertido. Como verán, me enfoco en aumentar la dificultad y también, de que sea divertido. ¡Será por eso que me gusta tanto el ciclismo 😁!

We started during the day and finished the training almost at night. We increased the difficulty a bit to work other body parts and make it a bit more fun. As you can see, I focus on increasing the difficulty and making it fun, which is why I love cycling so much 😁!

      Estas sentadillas en movimiento y con pendiente, fue muy divertido. Nos reímos tanto y hasta flatulencias conseguimos 🤣.

These squats in motion and with incline, it was so much fun. We laughed so hard and even got flatulence 🤣.

      Cada vez nos acercábamos más a la cámara, para garantizar que salgamos en las capturas. Esta experiencia, de un burpees más por día, se puede aplicar a muchos aspectos de la vida y es muy recomendable.
Particularmente creo, que vengo muy bien, con los burpees cotidianos y esperemos que siga así.
