    Bíceps en Sentadilla... Una Nueva Forma de Entrenar. Queridos amigos, el día de hoy está dedicado al entrenamiento de los bíceps; músculos que se encuentran en la zona superior frontal del brazo. Pero, no solo ejecutaremos una simple sesión de bíceps, sino que lo haremos de una manera, como siempre, divertida, amena, y diferente, porque para ello tendremos variantes con sentadillas; así es, a medida que ejecutamos la flexión de codos para ejecutar los bíceps, en actividad previa nos vamos con movimientos de sentadillas. En tal sentido, para realizar esta sesión usaremos como material nuestra barra casera y los discos de frenos de vehículos. Usted amigo mio puede usar el material con el cual se sienta cómodo, y por supuesto tenga en casa. Dicho esto, vengan con nosotros que ya inicia la acción de la buena, potencia en brazos y tren inferior. No olvides contraer el abdomen en todo momento. No dejes que te lo cuenten.

    Squat Biceps... A New Way to Train. Dear friends, today is dedicated to the training of the biceps; muscles that are located in the upper front part of the arm. But, we will not only perform a simple biceps session, but we will do it in a way, as always, fun, enjoyable, and different, because for this we will have variants with squats; that is, as we execute the bending of the elbows to perform the biceps, in previous activity we go with squat movements. In this sense, to perform this session we will use as material our homemade bar and vehicle brake discs. You my friend can use the material with which you feel comfortable, and of course have at home. That being said, come with us as we start the good action, power in the arms and lower body. Don't forget to contract your abs at all times. Don't let them tell you about it.

    No perdamos de vista los movimientos de calentamiento. Este paso es imperdible e inevitable, ya que los músculos y el cuerpo en general deben estar en condiciones óptimas. Ahora iniciamos con el Calentamiento 1. Círculos alternos con brazos a los lados. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2. Salto de cuerda, 3 minutos por cada ejercicio. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series.

    El circuito principal está conformado por 3 estaciones. Estación 1. Sentadillas + bíceps frontal, energía y poder. 20 repeticiones, todo el ciclo en 4 series. Estación 2. Bíceps concentrado en sentadilla con apoyo de rodillas, siente el poder fortalecedor. 20 repeticiones, también el ciclo en 4 series. Estación 3. Bíceps invertido en sentadilla diagonal. Candela pura. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Nos relajamos con extensión de hombros por 3 minutos. Gracias por preferir nuestro canal de @threespeak.
