    Cardio y Planchas.... Potencia + Resistencia. Continuamos suministrado potencia y poder a nuestro cuerpo. Y hoy no perdemos de vista esa premisa, porque a través de ejercicios de cardio y planchas vamos a alejar del cuerpo esa grasa no deseada, permitiendo una tonificación real en todo el sistema corporal. Quememos calorías, ganemos potencia, resistencia y control. Somos hechos y no palabras, vamos a la acción.

    Debemos tener presente que el cuerpo está frío en todo inicio, por ello jamás debemos olvidar acondicionarlo para la acción fuerte; en tal sentido tenemos la fase de calentamiento, la cual inicia con saltos de tijeras diagonales, y continúa con trotes laterales, cada ejercicio con un periodo de 3 minutos. En el circuito principal tenemos 3 ejercicios explosivos y dinámicos. La estación 1 indica plancha con apoyo de antebrazos / apertura y cierre de piernas en salto + giro de cadera, dinamita pura; 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Seguimos con la segunda estación,codazos + patada en empuje + cambio de guardia en salto, acción increíble. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 3, flexiones + codazo y rodillazo lateral. 20 repeticiones por 4 series. Lógicamente, finalizamos con la fase de relajación, giros de pierna con rodilla elevada por 3 minutos.
