Dear friends of #hive, I am pleased to once again participate in the fourth week of the Folk Music Festival with a beautiful song called "Anxiety" by Chelique Sarabia who wrote it in 1955, giving it international fame in great Nat King Cole and incredibly this beautiful song has 800 versions, imagine now there are 801 with this little version of mine, I hope you like it.
Anxiety
Chelique Sarabia
Anxiety, to have you in my arms
Muttering words of love,
Anxiety, to have your charms
And in the mouth to kiss you again,
Maybe my thought is crying
My tears are pearls that fall into the sea,
And the sleepy echo of this lament
Makes you present in my dream
Maybe you are crying remembering me
And narrow my portrait with frenzy,
And the wild melody reaches your ear
From the echo of the pain of being without you.
Anxiety, to have you in my arms
Muttering words of love,
Anxiety, to have your charms
And in the mouth to kiss you again.
