My fellow Splinters warriors,

How was your week?

I had a very interesting week, where I explored various parts of my neighborhood and competed in the battleground of Splinterlands.

My team has not suffered from the latest changes in the ranking battle mode. I had powerful cards that only needed the removal of the ability lock base of one player's league.

When I entered the arena for this special battle. I could not imagine the scope of destruction this combination of cards was capable of accomplishing.

The social media challenge is all about my favorite games of the week.

It was a good feeling to gather the most powerful warriors in my selection in combat where there is no limitation of mana.

Explosive Weaponry: All Monsters have the Blast ability.

Little League: Only Monsters & Summoners that cost 4 Mana or less may be used in battles.

Hero on the battlefield

Mandarin kept friendly fighters full of energy and ready to conquer the battlefield, one round at a time. The silence ability saved my team during this confrontation. Mandarin was a real hero for his teammates in the arena.

Pelacor did not slow down his move at the back of my line of warriors. His speed contribute to evade then strike from the sky the defenseless enemies.

Battle

My understanding of the rulesets was not clear from the first contact with the symbols. The two teams in the arena can select the high mana possible on each type of warrior but are limited in their selection of only four or fewer mana present in the selection.

My opinion on this battle

I was expecting powerful monsters from my selection, but little league was in the ruleset. The confusion did not last long. I picked the strong cards I could find in the little league available fighters at my disposal.

My experience of the small league battle has been very informative in terms of combat unit composition. I knew that a defense against magic's attacks and healing of friendly cards were going to be decisive in an act of power-grab within the first two rounds.

The blast ability provided deadly extra damage each time a fighter hit his target. When the attack points are reduced, the secondary damage can't right away put in danger the warrior victim.
