Blanca Gladys Caldas Méndez mejor conocida como Claudia de Colombia, es una artista que obtuvo muchos reconocimiento en la escena musical, promocionada por Alberto Suárez López. Se presentó en grandes escenario como Madison Square Garden en Nueva York y el Teresa Carreño en Caracas, Venezuela y fue la primera en cantar con la orquesta Filarmónica de Bogotá, sus años dorados fue en la década de los 70 y 80.
