For me, being a spiritual person is living according to the knowledge that God is present in my life, as the beginning of a personal transformation. This goes beyond religiosity, since it refers to the set of beliefs and practices of an organized religious institution. Spirituality goes beyond the physical, It helps us understand the concept of life, it guides and cultivates us to be better human beings, this for me without a doubt we are learning over the years, we begin to look for those techniques, methods or purposes that help us to do so, such as meditation , contact with nature, poetry, yoga, inspiring readings, art or music and thus find that peace and inner growth.
