    Hay personas apasionadas por los ejercicios y otras que necesitan hacer ejercicio, yo me considero de la segunda parte, es difícil para mí mantener una rutina a la hora de mantenerme haciendo alguna clase de deporte (nunca fue algo primordial hasta ahora) me cuesta muchísimo, pero debido a ciertos factores decidí empezar sin saboteo o excusas.

    Si ven el vídeo traté de editar lo menos posible para que vean lo molida (criollamente que estaba) estaba supercansada y no mantenía el equilibrio bien o quizás la postura en algunos ejercicios, sin embargo, día a día los voy mejorando.

    Me frustraba el hecho de no poder durar más de 10 minutos haciendo ejercicio porque se me bajaba la tensión o ya no podía más, en ese justo momento decía esto no es para mí y volvía de nuevo al sedentarismo ,hasta que paso el tiempo y me di cuenta de que (lo estaba haciendo mal)

    Así que volví al ruedo con más ganas y más entusiasmo que antes, reconociendo que el cuerpo necesita que lo cuiden y la mente también y una va relacionada con la otra.
    Anímate hacer ejercicio no para verte (buenot@) o bueno si así lo quieres es aceptable, tampoco para impresionar a alguien, hazlo por ti y por tu salud física y mental.
