Piano playing: Kinderszenen by Schumann

Hello hiver friends! 🤗 Some time ago I published here my interpretation of the first 3 pieces that make up the "Children's Scenes" by the composer Robert Schumann, a set of small pieces that tell stories, as if they were children's stories told in musical notes. Today I want to share with you two other pieces of this set: number 4 called "Bittendes Kind", which means "The spoiled child", and number 5 called "Glückes genug", which means "Happiness Enough", how can you hear, the names definitely fit the story told by their perfectly linked melodies in the framework of the beautiful counterpoint that this composer created. I remember that it was the first time I played these pieces when I really put into practice what my dear piano teacher, Marta Infante, had been teaching me for so many years regarding highlighting the melody among all the notes that are being played, and you will clearly realize that in this delicate composition many notes sound at the same time, but there is one marked melodic line that stands out among all of them. Hola amigos hivers! 🤗 Hace un tiempo publiqué por aquí mi interpretación de las primeras 3 piezas que conforman las "Escenas Infantiles" del compositor Robert Schumann, un conjunto de pequeñas piezas que cuentan historias, como si fueran cuentos para niños contados en notas musicales. Hoy quiero compartirles otras dos piezas de esta obra: la n°4 llamada "Bittendes Kind", que significa "El niño mimado", y la n°5 llamada "Glückes genug", que significa "Felicidad suficiente", cómo podrán escuchar, los nombres definitivamente encajan con la historia que cuentan sus melodías perfectamente enlazadas en el entramado del bello contrapunto que creaba este compositor. Recuerdo que fue la primera vez que toqué estas piezas cuando puse realmente en práctica lo que mi querida profesora de piano, Marta Infante, me estuvo enseñando durante tantos años respecto a destacar la melodía de entre todas las notas que se estén tocando, y claramente se darán cuenta de que en esta delicada composición suenan muchas notas a la vez, pero hay una marcada línea melódica que resalta entre todas ellas.
