Jorge Drexler is one of my favorite artists, his music is special, the harmonies he uses when composing are very well structured, using seventh chords with certain tensions in some parts of the song, not to mention that his lyrics have many scientific and philosophical references; so I could say that Jorge Drexler is a very good influence and a tremendous school if you want to make different music.
This week's theme is "the god we worship", the truth is that I don't have many religious songs, but thinking about it, I think it's not necessary either, God is everything, his presence and teaching is in all things beyond religious precepts; true spirituality is transcendental in the face of many paradigms. That said, for me, all love songs are unconsciously dedicated to God, because they all pose a love that, if you observe well, is almost unreal in the earthly world. In the poetry of love songs, we can hear fantastic things, such as absolute and devoted affection, which exists in human love but to a lesser extent; couple love is about many things such as self-love, maturity and respect, and many times, love ends up being a decision.
We will always have problems with the people we love, whether they are our children, parents or partners, so that absolute and perfect joy that poetry poses, is dedicated to something else, to a mirage of something that does exist, but that is beyond the material experience. The human being always seeks God unconsciously, no matter how atheist he may be, the search for pleasure and the perfect fantasy of pure love is something that the soul longs for, and will always pursue.

Now, regarding the song and what it has to do with this week. "Everything Transforms" is a piece of music that talks about the cycle of action and reaction, the domino effect of life, how the actions and activities of the whole universe come together for different interconnected purposes and events. We are all one, and God is all, we are more together than we think, however, the consequences of our actions are exclusively ours, the inner work of spiritual realization is completely individual. I also relate this song to the theme of the week, because the law of action and reaction is something that the great Jesus Christ posed two millennia ago, "the pain we cause in others will sooner or later come back to us in the same way" do not do to your neighbor what you would not do to yourself.

Jesus is a manifestation of God who instilled wonderful teachings for humanity, he also raised things like forgiveness, whose philosophy is used by psychologists to treat many things in people's minds. Krishna also raised the law of karma millennia ago, which is basically the same as what Jesus said, and I believe that Krishna or God created the material world in that way so that we learn to love and do good, feeling what the other feels. Without karma, how would empathy and respect exist? Without the law of action and reaction, we would become indolent, irresponsible and indifferent beings.

Jorge Drexler es uno de mis artistas favoritos, su música es especial, las armonías que utiliza a la hora de componer están muy bien estructuradas, utilizando acordes séptimas con ciertas tensiones en algunas partes de la canción, sin contar que sus letras tienen muchas referencias científicas y filosóficas; así que podría decir que Jorge Drexler es una muy buena influencia y un tremenda escuela si quieres hacer música diferente.

La temática de esta semana es "al dios que adoramos", la verdad es que no tengo muchas canciones religiosas, pero pensándolo bien, creo que tampoco es necesario, Dios lo es todo, su presencia y enseñanza está en todas las cosas más allá de los preceptos religiosos; la verdadera espiritualidad es trascendental ante muchos paradigmas. Dicho esto, para mí, todas las canciones de amor están dedicadas inconscientemente a Dios, porque todas plantean un amor que, si observas bien, es casi irreal en el mundo terrenal. En las poesías de las canciones de amor, podemos escuchar cosas fantásticas, como un afecto absoluto y entregado, cosa que existe en el amor humano pero menor medida; el amor de pareja se trata de muchas cosas como amor propio, madurez y respeto, y muchas veces, el amor termina siendo una decisión.

Siempre tendremos problemas con las personas que amamos, sean nuestros hijos, padres o parejas, así que ese gozo absoluto y perfecto que plantea la poesía, está dedicado a otra cosa, a un espejismo de algo que si existe, pero que está más allá de la experiencia material. El ser humano siempre busca a Dios de forma inconsciente, por más ateo que sea, la búsqueda del placer y la fantasía perfecta de amor puro es algo que el alma anhela, y que siempre perseguirá.

Ahora bien, con respecto a la canción y lo que tiene que ver para esta semana. "Todo se transforma" es una pieza musical que habla del ciclo de acción y reacción, el efecto dominó de la vida, como las acciones y actividades de todo el universo confluyen para distintos fines y eventos interconectados. Todos somos uno, y Dios lo es todo, estamos más juntos de lo que creemos, sin embargo, las consecuencias de nuestros actos son exclusivamente de nosotros, el trabajo interno de realización espiritual es completamente individual. También relaciono esta canción con la temática de la semana, porque la ley de acción y reacción es algo que el gran Jesus Cristo planteó hace dos milenios, "el dolor que causamos en los demás tarde o temprano volverá a nosotros de la misma forma" no le hagas a tu prójimo lo que no te harías a ti mismo.

Jesus es una manifestación de Dios que inculcó enseñanzas para la humanidad maravillosas, también planteo cosas como el perdón, cuya filosofía es usada por los psicólogos para tratar muchas cosas en la mente de las personas. Krishna también hace milenios planteo la ley del karma, que es básicamente lo mismo que dijo Jesús, y creo que Krishna o Dios creó el mundo material de esa forma para que aprendieramos a amar y a hacer el bien, sintiendo lo que el otro siente. Sin el karma ¿Cómo existiría la empatía y el respeto? Sin la ley de acción y reacción, nos volveríamos seres indolentes, irresponsables e indiferentes.
