La vida es un regalo con diferentes envolturas y matices, dónde tenemos el privilegio de experimentar, compartir, aprender, socializar y explorar diferentes facetas, las cuales te abren portones y ventanas de oportunidades, donde el éxito se relaciona con la maravillosa aventura de saber convivir y aprender, en donde ponemos a prueba diversas habilidades tales como: organización, metodología, creatividad, motivación, compromiso, responsabilidad, empatía y perseverancia, por lo que es esencial disfrutar del proceso y visualizar el logro del objetivo, para que luego se materialice. Aquí es importante tomar acción y pensar en positivo.

Hoy les cuento mi experiencia como tutora y jurado evaluador en un Trabajo Especial de Grado titulado: Programación de capacitación del sistema de Software Microsoft Excel para el personal de cadete de la Academia Técnica Militar, es oportuno mencionar que es una labor netamente profesional, sin fines políticos, el cual fue gratificante y productiva, el primer paso que realicé fue conocer a la persona (mí participante), establecer una estrecha comunicación y fomentar en ella el autoconocimiento, la valoración personal y la seguridad, para su crecimiento personal, que considero piezas fundamentales para el logro de los objetivos trazados, donde realicé las siguientes interrogantes:
¿Cuál es tu propósito de vida?
¿Qué quieres lograr?
**¿Cuál fue la necesidad o la problemática observada que quieres transformar? **

Today I tell you about my experience as a tutor and jury evaluator in a Special Degree Project entitled: Programming of training of the Microsoft Excel Software system for cadet personnel of the Military Technical Academy, it is appropriate to mention that it is a purely professional work, without political purposes, which was rewarding and productive, the first step I took was to meet the person (my participant), establish close communication and encourage self-knowledge, personal appreciation and security, for personal growth, which I consider fundamental pieces for the achievement of the objectives set, where I made the following questions:

**What is your purpose in life?
**What do you want to achieve?
What was the need or problem observed that you want to transform?

Debido a esto elaboramos un cronograma de atención para brindar apoyo, orientación y asesoramiento, se realizó las diferentes indagaciones para conocer los antecedentes previos, se estableció el propósito general y los específicos, se generó la justificación e importancia del trabajo de grado y así consecutivamente se fueron concretando cada capítulo o momento, definitivamente fueron varios meses de entrega y retroalimentación, donde se elaboró un plan de acción con diferentes estrategias y actividades para solventar la problemática existente, de esta manera fui contribuyendo con esta meta.

Because of this we developed a schedule of care to provide support, guidance and advice, the different inquiries were made to know the previous background, the general and specific purpose was established, the justification and importance of the degree work was generated and so consecutively each chapter or moment was concretized, definitely were several months of delivery and feedback, where an action plan was developed with different strategies and activities to solve the existing problems, thus I was contributing to this goal.

Disfruté cada paso, originando una bella amistad, se desarrollaron las correcciones pertinentes por capítulo, un éxito total e incluso este trabajo fue tomado en consideración para anexarlo a las áreas de conocimiento de la especialidad Administración de recursos físicos y financieros, por tal motivo tuvimos que realizar e innovar una malla curricular sobre el Programa de Software Microsoft Excel con los posibles temas para segundo año (básico), tercero año (intermedio) y cuarto año (Avanzado), sinceramente fue una magnífica experiencia.

I enjoyed every step, originating a beautiful friendship, the pertinent corrections per chapter were developed, a total success and even this work was taken into consideration to annex it to the areas of knowledge of the specialty Administration of physical and financial resources, for such reason we had to make and innovate a curricular mesh on the Software Program Microsoft Excel with the possible topics for second year (basic), third year (intermediate) and fourth year (Advanced), sincerely it was a magnificent experience.

Luego comenzamos a coordinar y organizar los recursos para la ponencia de mí participante, con agrado y optimismo elaboramos las diapositivas donde se puede apreciar cada paso dado, para el logro de esta meta, también se realizó el resumen, se ordeno las carpetas y los diferentes presentes para los miembros del jurado evaluador, el cual tuve de la dicha de formar parte.

Then we began to coordinate and organize the resources for the presentation of my participant, with pleasure and optimism we prepared the slides where you can see each step taken to achieve this goal, we also made the summary, ordered the folders and the different presents for the members of the jury evaluator, which I had the joy of being part of.

Al finalizar la ponencia, el trabajo de grado fue aprobado, donde extendieron las felicitaciones tanto para la ponente como para mi persona, por ser la tutora, esa tarde mi participante obtuvo la máxima nota, ya que proyectó excelente dominio del tema. Entre otras cualidades.
