Blessed present Hivers, a few days ago in our Holos&Lotus Community (@holos-lotus) we made an invitation to share breathing exercises or recommendations that can help us at this time to improve our lung capacity and take better advantage of the countless benefits that brings us to incorporate into our routine this type of practices.
In this opportunity, I recorded another video with a routine of two simple exercises, the first one called: "Alternate Breathing" and the second one is a breathing practice in 3 times (inhale-hold-exhale). Like the previous video (you can watch it here: Breathing exercises for life), the invitation is that you can do them from full consciousness in which you involve all your senses in that moment and follow up every movement and sensation that you are doing and feeling.
When we do this type of deep breathing exercises, we help our body to reduce tensions and reduce pain, our cells acquire more oxygen and are purified of all toxins and wastes that have accumulated, so it is important to take advantage of the space to send messages to your cells of recovery and healing, because they react to everything that your mind and heart transmit, they can be messages like:
See you soon!
