Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz jueves!! Estoy aqui una vez mas, gracias a Dios 100% activa y ya casi al 100% con mi salud!! La verdad que el ejercicio es LA MEJOR terapia jeje, si usted se siente desganado o triste, vaya a hacer ejercicios y vera como.cambia ese mood jajaja sobretodo cuando se trata de la coordinacion jaja o estas enfocada o te vas de boca 🤣

Hoy trabajé un poco la coordinacion en esta escalera que la conocí en mis tiempos de crossfit, por supuesto si ustedes no la tienen puedes poner pequeñas tiras de teipe en el piso incluso, lo que sea que les sirva para ser las lineas que no pueden tocar!! Ya saben que yo no me como las excusas, asi que a darle💪💪

Today I worked a little bit of coordination on this ladder that I knew it in my crossfit days, of course if you guys don't have it you can put little strips of teipe on the floor even, whatever works for you to be the lines that you can't touch!!! You know I don't eat excuses, so let's get to it💪💪
