En la mañana de hoy decidí cumplir con el reto que propuso @raumijares para la Comunidad, el cual llamó “El reto de la sentadilla estática”.
Greetings to all Hivers and to my dear friends/colleagues in the Community SWC community I'm Milagro De la Rosa (@milagroscdlrr) How are you? I hope you are doing great. This morning I decided to meet the challenge that @raumijares proposed for the Community, which he called "The Static Squat Challenge".

Mi duración fue de 14 mins, pude haber durado más porque sentí que aún me quedaba resistencia, sin embargo, en los últimos segundos me dio un calambre en la pierna izquierda lo cual hizo que esta me fallara y no pude culminar la última canción que había colocado. Es por eso que, de igual manera espero que alguno supere mis 14 mins. 😌💪🏻🔥
My duration was 14 mins, I could have lasted longer because I felt I still had some stamina left, however, in the last seconds I got a cramp in my left leg which made my left leg fail and I could not finish the last song I had placed. That's why, in the same way I hope someone will beat my 14 mins. 😌💪🏻🔥
