@milagroscdlrr and today I bring you the following shoulder routine. As I mentioned in the video, it was very difficult for me to perform this routine correctly because of the pain I have in my right shoulder, however, I did not want to limit myself and still performed the exercises. I usually do this routine every time I lose strength and endurance in my shoulders, either by occupying myself more in other areas or lack of time. Here you have it 💪🏻🔥
