Dia 1: Reto 10 días de saltos usando el método de P13fit

    Hola querida comunidad, el día de hoy quiero mostrarles un poco de un reto de saltos de cuerda que inicié hoy, como ya saben, tengo mi rutina diaria, por lo general hago sólo saltos simples, los que cuento con ayuda de una aplicación movil llamada Jump Rope Counter.

    En esta oportunidad, motivada por los amigos de P13fit (los pueden ubicar en Instagram con ese mismo nombre o por su pagina web www.p13fit.com) acepté el reto de 10 días que en su red social ellos convocaron, pero, debo confesar, que ellos en sus videos y en su tutorial guía para realizar los pasos, lo hacen ver muy muy fácil y la verdad es que a mi, me costó un mundo. Quizá porque ya me acostumbré a realizar los saltos simples y el método con el que ellos entrenan es con saltos dobles o rebote, como prefieran llamarlo.

    Básicamente el metodo P13fit lo realizan bajo el esquema de saltos de cuerda al ritmo de la música, es un espectáculo verlos danzar con la cuerda y sí, CUALQUIER música la pueden recrear. ¡Son increibles! Espero poder aprender a detalle su método y en algun momento, poder certificarme.

    Pero para lo anteriormente expuesto creo que falta bastante, jajaja hoy me sentí super novata y super torpe tratando de realizar los pasos, lo que resumí en un video de 1 minuto 25 segundos, realmente fue una hora y media de saltos practicando e intentando, el conocido ensayo y error jajaja

    Para que conozcan un poco, el 1er dia del reto es; 30 saltos madre (pies juntos), 30 saltos camina, para ambos pies (un pie delante y un pie detrás) y 30 saltos jumping jack (pies juntos seguido de pies separados)

    Espero ir poco a poco mejorando con ésta tecnica que es nueva para mi, asi que ya les iré contando. Saludos.

    Day 1: 10 Days of Jumping Challenge using the P13fit Method


    Hello dear community, today I want to show you a little bit of a jump rope challenge that I started today, as you know, I have my daily routine, I usually do only simple jumps, which I count with the help of a mobile app called Jump Rope Counter.

    This time, motivated by the friends of P13fit (you can find them on Instagram with that same name or through their website www.p13fit.com) I accepted the challenge of 10 days that in their social network they called, but, I must confess, that in their videos and in their tutorial guide to perform the steps, they make it look very very easy and the truth is that for me, it cost me a world. Maybe because I got used to do the single jumps and the method they use to train is with double jumps or rebounding, as they prefer to call it.

    Basically the P13fit method is performed under the scheme of jumping rope to the rhythm of the music, it is a spectacle to see them dance with the rope and yes, they can recreate ANY music. They are amazing! I hope to be able to learn their method in detail and at some point, be able to get certified.

    But for the above I think there is a long way to go, hahaha today I felt super novice and super clumsy trying to perform the steps, which I summarized in a video of 1 minute 25 seconds, it was really an hour and a half of jumps practicing and trying, the well known trial and error hahaha.

    Just so you know a little bit, the 1st day of the challenge is; 30 mother jumps (feet together), 30 walking jumps, for both feet (one foot in front and one foot behind) and 30 jumping jack jumps (feet together followed by feet apart).

    I hope to improve little by little with this technique which is new to me, so I'll keep you posted. Greetings.
