Tengo ya varias semanas que retomé mis entrenamientos, estoy en la búsqueda de mi peso ideal nuevamente, así que he estructurado una serie de entrenamientos y he aprovechado en crear un sistema de entrenamientos hacia algunos de los chicos que integran la comunidad. Los atletas que estoy entrenando en este video son: @johnlinares, @wil-leandro, @victorg30 y @isaac-mir, quienes están realizando un calentamiento general previo al entrenamiento del día.
I've been training for a few weeks now, I'm looking for my ideal weight again, so I've structured a series of training sessions and I've taken the opportunity to create a training system for some of the guys that are part of the community. The athletes I'm training in this video are: @johnlinares, @wil-leandro, @victorg30 and @isaac-mir, who are doing a general warm-up before the day's training.
