- En nuestros entrenamientos tenemos un momento de competencia entre compañeros, sea en dinámicos, estáticos, básicos o en un movimiento en particular, estos pequeños vs son parte de nuestro entrenamiento para recrear más nuestro entrenamiento porque a veces uno suele aburrirse en las prácticas y estos pequeños vs no solo te sube el ánimo si no que ayuda a superarse y a mejorar en los entrenamientos por eso lo usamos mucho en los entrenamientos, en esta oportunidad fue de caminata con las manos en otra oportunidad puede ser de estáticos o dinámicos quien sabe. #HiveBlog #Deportes #Bendiciones
- In our trainings we have a moment of competition between partners, either in dynamic, static, basic or in a particular movement, these small vs are part of our training to recreate more our training because sometimes one tends to get bored in practice and these small vs not only raises your spirits but it helps to overcome and improve in training so we use it a lot in training, this time it was walking with hands another time may be static or dynamic who knows. #HiveBlog #Sports #Blessings
