AFRITUNES WEEK 98:EXCLUSIVE CONTENT:ANYI ARIO GI BY CHIOMA EZEOKE:PIANO BY @MAGICFINGERZ

Hello Lovers of African music, I hope you are doing great. It is another great and amazing opportunity to celebrate African music. Like I always say, put on your dancing shoe and get ready to move your body!

Today for me is a little bit different because I am not home. I left my city to a different city of about 6 hours away for a week program where we have to stay in a local school and from there we move out to visit the people of that locality in other to share our value with them and sometimes this value includes music.

This program is comprised of people from different nationalities but I happen to be the only African therefore each time it is my turn to present a son, they ask me to do something afro related so that they can also savoure the feeling of an afro tune. Each time I would think of a song to present and since it's mostly different genre, they seem to find it intresting and unique.

This experience makes me think about the Afritunes weekly celebration and also prompts me to express gratitude to the team of coordinators of the community for there work of organization although behind the scenes.

To cut everything short, I found an old piano in this school where we are staying and I used it to present a melody version of this beautiful song by Chioma ezeoke, titled, Anyi Ario gi!
