Dia de helados, conociendo Conos Praga

Hola comunidad estoy muy contenta de pasar por primera vez por aquí, deseando que sea la primera de muchas para traerle mis impresiones de una heladería que se encuentra muy cerca de donde vivo, no tiene tanto tiempo, pero siempre veo mucha fila para entrar al local; así que aproveche y me fui a conocerla.

La heladería se llama Conos Praga ubicada en Altamira según su página de Instagram tienen dos sedes más ubicadas en Valencia y Naguanagua, es un local pequeño con una decoración hermosa con cuadros y banderas alegóricas a su origen, su propuesta son helados artesanales desde su relleno hasta la base con las técnicas que realizan tradicionalmente en Republica Checa.
The ice cream parlor is called Conos Praga located in Altamira according to their Instagram page they have two more locations located in Valencia and Naguanagua, it is a small place with a beautiful decoration with pictures and flags allegorical to their origin, their proposal is handmade ice cream from its filling to the base with the techniques traditionally made in the Czech Republic.
Entre los sabores que ofrecían ese día estaba mantecado, fresa, pistacho, crema real y el infaltable chocolate, son porciones bien grandes así que no puedes ir con el estómago muy lleno, hay helados sencillos tipo tinita en 2.5$, conos sencillos como el que pedí de 5$ que traía una moneda de chocolate y otros con rellenos en el cono y full topping que puede llegar a los 10$.
Among the flavors offered that day were butter, strawberry, pistachio, real cream and the inevitable chocolate, they are very large portions so you cannot go with a very full stomach, there are simple cup type ice creams for 2.5$, simple cones like the one I ordered for 5$ that had a chocolate coin and others with fillings in the cone and full topping that can reach 10$.
Lo que me gustó más fue observar la técnica del armado de los conos, usando bases de madera en forma de cono con el que enrollan la masa, luego las pasan por azúcar y canela y las reposan dentro de un pequeño horno donde cumplen tiempo de levado, luego del horno son colocadas en varas en la pared para que tomen la temperatura adecuada para contener el helado, desde afuera del local puedes observar esa elaboración y hace entretenida la espera, además que el aroma a pan dulce recién hecho invade a toda la cuadra, hasta se te hace agua la boca mientras haces la fila, pero si quieren saber más en el video tienen toda la experiencia.
