Tonight, I am cooking the classic and easy Aglio e Olio while trying to overcome my fear of public speaking and record it. I hope you find it fascinating. Anyway, maybe I'll try to make more I could do this more. I realized that creating a decent video takes time. For someone like me who is shy, this was such a huge step.
