¡Hola comunidad!

Wow ya pasaron 2 semanas desde que culminó la Caracas Blockchain Week y el Hive Summit. Les cuento que al finalizar la jornada el domingo, al día siguiente inicié a trabajar en la organización donde estoy actualmente, así que dejé pendiente para compartir muchos momentos.

Por acá, preparé un video que muestra el merch que recibimos cada persona que formó parte del equipo organizativo, es un gesto tangible de nuestro trabajo colaborativo, sin embargo para mi el valor del obsequio más grande es el intangible que resumo en 3 aspectos:

**1. Vínculos: **Simbólicamente la foto de la miniatura tiene a grandes mujeres que me han acompañado en mis inicios en Hive, especialmente @zullyscott de Lara, @samgiset de Hive Creator y actualmente conociendo a @madefrance de Caracas.

He aprendido mucho tanto de ellas como de otras personas que no salen en la fotografía, pero me inspiran y me han encaminado a creer mucho en mí. Ellas 3 me entregaron el regalo y les pedí una fotos juntas, porque no solo me entregaron este bonito detalle, sino que me recordaron que en Hive se encuentra amistad, alegrías e inspiración para crecer constantemente. ¡Gracias!.

2. El valor de dar y recibir: porque este tipo de evento consistió en un trabajo voluntario y valoro que un gran equipo como @hiversbqto junto a muchas personas del país, lograron organizar a muchas personas en comisiones y asignar roles que nos permitieron estar durante la CBW y aprender mucho, para seguir fortaleciendo la experiencia.

Cuando observé mi bolsa negra de Hive, me llenó de mucha ternura ver las tarjetas que tenían escritos nuestros usuarios a puño y letra, inmediatamente imaginé el esfuerzo que realizaron muchas personas para lograr este trabajo, que solo se conoce cuando se está en esos zapatos, desde el diseño de estrategias y la ejecución. Felicidades por todo lo bueno y seguimos adelante.

3. El valor del obsequio: Gracias por toda la atención y el brindarnos tantas oportunidades de apoyar a promocionar a Hive, el regalo que muestro en el video solo es la punta del iceberg. Recibí muchas gratificaciones, aprendizajes, lecciones, crecimiento y humildad, estas experiencias nos enseñan a agradecer y ver las circunstancias desde otro enfoque.

Simplemente Gracias Hive, por hacerlo posible tenemos el reto constante de construir juntos la blockchain que queremos en comunidad.

Hello community!

Wow, 2 weeks have already passed since the Caracas Blockchain Week and the Hive Summit ended. I tell you that at the end of the day on Sunday, the next day I started working in the organization where I am currently, so I left it pending to share many moments.

Here, I prepared a video that shows the merch that each person who was part of the organizational team received, it is a tangible gesture of our collaborative work, however for me the value of the greatest gift is the intangible that I summarize in 3 aspects:

1. Links: Symbolically, the thumbnail photo has great women who have accompanied me in my early days on Hive, especially @zullyscott from Lara, @samgiset from Hive Creator and currently meeting @madefrance from Caracas.

I have learned a lot from them as from other people who do not appear in the photograph, but they inspire me and have led me to believe a lot in myself. They gave me the gift and I asked for a photo together, because they not only gave me this nice detail, but they reminded me that on Hive there is friendship, joy and inspiration to grow constantly. Thank you!.

2. The value of giving and receiving: because this type of event consisted of voluntary work and I value that a great team like @hivebqto together with many people from the country, managed to organize many people into commissions and assign roles that allowed us to be during the CBW and learn a lot, to continue strengthening the experience.

When I observed my black Hive bag, I was filled with a lot of tenderness to see the cards that our userS had written by hand, immediately I imagined the effort that many people made to achieve this work, which is only known when you are in those shoes, from the design of strategies and execution. Congratulations for everything good and we continue forward.

**3. The value of the gift: **Thank you for all the attention and for giving us so many opportunities to support promoting Hive, the gift I show in the video is only the tip of the iceberg. I received many gratifications, learning, lessons, growth and humility, these experiences teach us to be grateful and see the circumstances from another perspective.

Just Thank you Hive, for making it possible we have the constant challenge of building the blockchain together in community.
