Cuando se camina el cuerpo por la actividad física regula considerablemente los niveles de insulina, tanto así que puede llegar a revertir un diagnostico como este. El perder peso ayuda mucho ya que esto hace que se acumule mucha grasa en varios órganos como hígado y abdomen.
La actividad física es súper importante para mantenernos saludable. Hoy les traigo un video del recorrido que realice para comenzar las rutinas de caminatas que se que me beneficiaran en gran medida a mi salud.
El recorrido estuvo muy ameno y tuve la compañía de mi pequeño hijo, que me motiva a seguir y la de mi esposo; que fue quien se conoce mejor las rutas y me asistió en la grabación del clip de video.
Mi hijo como siempre me sorprende su habilidad y resistencia en subir montañas, ya que lo hace corriendo; ya lo verán en el video. Definitivamente este tipo de actividad como las caminatas se están haciendo más constante s en la población donde vivo ya que siempre hay caminantes y lo mas importantes es que se visualiza muchas familias juntas ejercitándose.
Bueno los invito a ver el video y mi recomendación es llevar una vida libre de estrés, de sedentarismo y comer sano.
