A Transformed Juice

My greetings to the entire community, I thank all the sponsors for the support they give to the contest, and especially to the Amazing Drinks community for having the initiative to raise awareness about the most consumed liquid which is water, without it there is no life, remembering that last March 22 was celebrated World Water Day. We make a toast to Water.

In this recipe he used little water, since he used a juice extractor. Coincidentally, he did not have much drinking water, due to the constant problems that the community faces because of the scarcity of the precious liquid. For me the solution would be not to waste water, repair the pipes that are constantly leaking water so as not to waste it and that the state agencies make the necessary rationing, but effectively, create awareness to the inhabitants of the community to take care of the sources that provide us with water. At the international level, do not pollute rivers, avoid oil spills, seek solutions and create awareness of valuing the liquid, while some waste it others need it, since it is a necessary source of life, international organizations should put more effort, so that the vital liquid reaches the most unprotected.

Mis saludos a toda la comunidad, agradezco a todos los patrocinadores por el apoyo que le dan al Concurso, y especialmente a la comunidad de Amazing Drinks por tener la iniciativa de sensibilizar sobre el líquido más consumido que es el agua, sin ella no hay vida, recordando que el pasado 22 de marzo se celebró el día Mundial del Agua. En esta receta utilizó poca agua, ya que manejó un extractor de jugo. Casualmente, no tenía mucha agua potable, debido a los problemas constantes que la comunidad afronta por la escasez del preciado líquido. Para mí la solución serían no malgastar el agua, reparar las tuberías que constantemente están botando agua para no desperdiciarla y que los organismos del estado hagan los racionamientos necesarios, pero con eficacia, crear conciencia a los habitantes de la comunidad para cuidar las fuentes que nos proporciona el agua. A nivel internacional no contaminar los ríos, evitar los derrames petróleo, buscar soluciones y crear conciencia de valorar el líquido, mientras unos lo desperdician otros los necesitan, dado que es una fuente de vida necesaria, Las organizaciones internacionales deberían poner más empeño, para que el vital líquido llegue a los más desprotegidos.

Today I present a wonderful concentrate that was drunk for a long time in the family, called three in one. I used to drink it a lot when I went to work, it was prepared for me in a restaurant and I drank it. Then I started studying and then I got married. I was doing a thousand things at once and at one point I was exhausted. One day in the classroom, a professor who taught me mathematics always carried a green drink with him. When I asked him what it was, he told me that he drank spinach with lemon, carrot and cucumber, and that drink replenished his energy.

Hoy les presento un estupendo concentrado que se bebía desde hace mucho tiempo en la familia, llamado tres en uno. Yo solía beberlo mucho cuando iba a trabajar, me lo preparaban en un restaurante y lo tomaba. Luego comencé a estudiar y después me casé. Hacía mil cosas a la vez y llegó un momento en que me agotaba. Un día en el salón de clase un profesor que me daba matemáticas siempre cargaba consigo una bebida verde. Cuando le pregunté, ¿qué era?, me dijo que tomaba espinaca con limón, zanahoria y pepino, y ese brebaje le reponía sus energías.

Para ese entonces, yo comencé a preparar mi jugo y lo llamé mi concentrado transformado; ya no era un tres en uno. En ese momento utilicé otros ingredientes que me hicieron sentir muy bien, tomando en cuenta la cantidad de vitaminas que contenían las frutas y las hortalizas, y con un poco de azúcar, me aportaban la energía necesaria para salir con todas mis actividades diarias, sin debilidad.

Later, when my son began to study high school and then went to college, he also drank it. Now today I am reliving those moments.

For this incredible juice we are going to use several ingredients that we can always find at home.

Ingredients

3 small carrots
1 beet
2 guavas
2 lemons
1 large bell pepper
5 cucumber slices
2 spoonfuls of sugar
Some spinach leaves.
1 glass of water.

Un jugo sorprendente, que hacen de él una verdadera razón para consumirlo, ya que todos sus ingredientes muy bien unidos, nos dejan un sabor rico al paladar, es muy refrescante, y nos convence de que es una receta especial por la energía que nos suministra, los innumerables aportes vitamínicos que contiene y los beneficios que genera a nuestra salud. Más tarde cuando mi hijo, comenzó a estudiar su secundaria y luego fue a la Universidad también lo tomaba. Ahora hoy estoy reviviendo esos instantes.

Para este increíble jugo vamos a utilizar varios ingredientes que siempre vamos a conseguir en casa.

Ingredientes

3 zanahorias pequeñas
1 remolacha
2 guayabas
2 limones
1 pimentón grande
5 rodajas de pepino
2 cucharadas de azúcar
Unas hojas de espinaca.
1 vaso de agua.

• Lavamos muy bien las frutas, hortalizas y las hojas de espinacas, luego picamos en trozo.

• Then we pass everything through the juice extractor. Pour it into a pitcher, add a glass of water, the juice of two lemons and two tablespoons of sugar, stir and serve with ice.

• Seguidamente pasamos todo por el extractor de jugo. Lo vaciamos en una jarra, le agregamos un vaso de agua, el jugo de los dos limones y las dos cucharadas de azúcar, removemos y servimos con hielo.
