Hola amigos de la comunidad, Despues de tanto vuelvo a entrenar y a grabar contenido. Las razones las cuales no lograba hacerlo era porque el tiempo no me alcanzaba ya que ademas de que estudio, Empece a laborar como cocinero en un restaurant y llegaba a horas tardes de la noche.
En el dia de hoy estaremos haciendo una rutina de abdomen en casa, Esta rutina aun me sigue ayudando y ahora mas que subi mas de peso. Esta rutina me esta ayudando a definir y a tonificar mi abdomen, La rutina contiene 6 ejercicios continuos sin parar que la verdad requieren de mucha resistencia en el abdomen.
