My mood and controlling system

This is my first video in this 3speak community..I hope all of you are well...
Today I will discuss with you about my mood.
Few days long I realized that suddenly my mood is getting irritable.. There is no reason for this problem.
It seems to me that my mood is getting irritable because I growing up day by day.
When I was a student then my teacher said that,As a person gets older, his mood become more irritable.May be I am a proof of that.
When I don't like anything then suddenly my mood is getting irritable....
When I felt bed mood,then everything takes upset.I can not say on my mind any works.

This time I will try to reduce my bad mood situation.Maximum time I try to alone.
Sometimes watching funny videos.. reading noble book.
Maximum time watching funny videos make me a smile on my face..I realized that after few minutes, my mood is have controlled..
