I am josuerr29, a guy with 25 years on this journey and also takes advantage of having a motorcycle to share some little knowledge of it. My bike I always like to repair details, I myself know a little about the details, some things about my bike, but not much about the internal mechanics. I just fix the simplest things, I like to fix it myself so that I can fix it myself when I'm in trouble.

Enough of introduction, let's get down to business! The audiovisual content you see now is a tutorial repair of stuck pedal failure on a motorcycle the model of my bike is BRZ200.

Why do we do it?

• Occasionally the motorcycle pedal teeth have popped out
• Occasionally the pedal on my motorcycle gets stuck
• Occasionally we have to service the gearbox or the engine
• Occasionally the gear teeth in the gearbox are assaulted
• Some components or some teeth of the gearbox or engine greases have broken off.

The problems that we can encounter are many, in my case only the tooth of the fourth gear of the box broke, this problem was very internal and in order to fix it we had to disassemble the entire engine and the box and so below I will show you what I did.

In my case the tools.

• Nut driver die box
• Pliers, or normal pliers.
• Some gasoline to clean the parts
• A rag to dry
• A screwdriver with a paddle and spline.
• Spark plug remover.

How to disassemble the brz200 case and engine?

• Before starting the disassembly you must remove the oil from the bike, this is done with a wrench by removing the screw that is the lowest part of the bike and that's where the oil comes out - First you must lift the seat and the gas tank and remove the covers along with the battery to your bike, you should practically leave your bike without clothes only with the skeleton or chassis.
• When you disassemble the bike remember to take good care of the shift reader because it is an electronic component and could be damaged by a pull.
• To rule out you have two options you can simply remove the side covers to the box to only observe the gears to see if they are broken, if not then you have to disassemble the engine and the box to enter the more internal problems.
• If you look at the gears and there are no problems then I will leave a video here to show you how to remove them and the position of each gear and each component inside a motorcycle gearbox here.
• When you do this, you must store each component very carefully so that you know in what order it goes, how it goes and that they are not damaged.
• You must disassemble by piece the whole engine and then we will have free the box to begin to disassemble it.
• After disassembling the engine you have to disassemble the side covers of the box so that you are left with just the central part of the box.
• When you open it you will find there all the most internal mechanical movements of the box of the motorcycle. There you will find the mechanism of the starter crank, the mechanism of the speeds, the changes of the box, the magneto, you will find very important things.
• After disassembling the internal part a very important piece fell out, it was a score of the fourth speed gear of the box, we had to go to buy it to assemble.
• After this we started to assemble piece by piece, just as we had disassembled it with all the new parts and everything was spectacular.

If you want to know if it looks good you have to put oil in it, then turn it on for a while and see if there is no oil can and after a while turn it on and start testing the gears.

A mi moto me gusta siempre repararle detalles, yo mismo sé un poco acerca de los detalles, algunas cosas sobre mi moto, pero no mucho acerca de la mecánica interna. Simplemente me dedico a reparar las cosas más simples, me gusta repararla yo mismo para que yo mismo pueda solucionar en momentos que esté en aprietos.

Creo que la existencia de esta comunidad en hive lo hace mucho más atractivo, ya que hay muchas personas que tienen gustos distintos y tareas distintas para vivir, esto es una tarea no muy común. La mecánica muchas personas lo toman como trabajo y otras Como Hobby igual manera sea trabajo o sea Hobby pienso que nos emociona la idea de compartir conocimientos en esta comunidad.

¿Por qué lo hacemos?

• En ocasiones se saltaron los dientes del pedal de la motocicleta
• En ocasiones se atascó el pedal de mi motocicleta
• En ocasiones tenemos que hacerle un mantenimiento a la caja o el motor
• En ocasiones se asaltan los dientes de las velocidades en la caja
• Se partieron algunos componentes o algunos dientes de los engrases de la caja o el motor

Los problemas con los que podemos encontrarnos son muchos, en mi caso solo se partió el diente de la cuarta velocidad de la caja, este problema era muy interno y para poder arreglarlo había que desarmar todo el motor y la caja y así que a continuación te mostraré lo que hice.

En mi caso las herramientas.

• Caja de dados para tuercas
• Alicate de presión, o normal.
• Un poco de gasolina para limpiar las piezas
• Un trapo para secar
• Destornillador de paleta y estría.
• Saca bujía de motor.

¿Como desarmar la caja y el motor de brz200?

• Antes de comenzar él desensamble debes sacarle el aceite a la moto, esto se hace con una llave sacando el tornillo que se encuentra la parte más baja de la moto y por ahí sale el aceite- Primero debe levantar el asiento y el tanque de gasolina y demás quitarle las tapas junto con la batería a tu moto, debes prácticamente dejar tu moto sin ropa solamente con el esqueleto o el chasis
• Cuándo desarmes la moto recuerda cuidar mucho el lector de cambio Ya qué es un componente electrónico y de un jalón podría dañarse.
• Para ir descartando tienes dos opciones puede simplemente quitarle las tapas laterales a la caja para solamente observar los engranajes a ver si están partidos, si no es así entonces hay que desarmar el motor y la caja para entrar a los problemas más internos.
• Si ves los engranes y no tienen problemas Entonces te dejaré un video aquí para que conozcas Cómo sacarle y la posición en que va cada engranaje y cada componente dentro de una caja de moto aqui.
• Cuando lo hagas, debes guardar cada componente con mucho cuidado para que sepas En qué orden va, cómo va y que no se dañen.
• Debes desarmar por pieza todo el motor y luego tendremos libre la caja para comenzar a desarmarla
• Luego de desarmar el motor tiene que desarmar las tapas laterales de la caja para que te quede simplemente la parte central de la caja
• Cuando lo abras encontrarás Allí todos los movimientos mecánicos más internos de la caja de la moto Allí se encuentra el mecanismo del Crank de arranque, se encuentra el mecanismo de las velocidades, los cambios de la caja, el magneto, se encuentran cosas muy importantes.
• Después de desarmar la parte interna cayó una pieza muy fundamental, era una partitura del engranaje de la cuarta velocidad de la caja, tuvimos que ir a comprarla para montar.
• Luego de esto comenzamos a montar pieza por pieza, así como lo habíamos desmontado con todas las piezas nuevas y todo quedó espectacular.

Si quieres saber sí quedó bien Tienes que colocarle aceite, luego encenderla un rato y ver si no tienen bote de aceite y luego de un rato encendido comenzar a probar las velocidades.
