#Hive and to the Street Workout community, I hope you are doing super well. On this occasion, I am pleased to share a new day, my third day of morning cardio workout. In this new routine, I'm adding some new exercises to it and taking away some others.
Este nuevo entrenamiento nos ayudará a mantener nuestras energías y no pasar el día agotados. En lo personal, les digo que está fuerte este nuevo entrenamiento. Me costó terminar la rutina, como siempre les recuerdo antes de realizar cualquier actividad física, efectuar nuestro calentamiento correspondiente. Para así evitar lesiones y entrenar sin ningún malestar.
This new workout will help us keep our energy up and not spend the day exhausted. Personally, I can tell you that this new workout is strong. I had a hard time finishing the routine, as I always remind you before doing any physical activity, to do our warm up. In order to avoid injuries and train without any discomfort.
