    About :

EQUITABLE INTEREST - The interest of a beneficiary is considered equitable as contrasted with the interest of the trustee which is a legal interest because the trustee has legal as contrasted with equitable title. ( Black’s Law 6).
Trustee = legal title.. Beneficiary = equitable title under a trust .. So the trustee (us) is holding an interest in surname legal trust property, the beneficiary is the state holding in custody the equitable God-given Christian name. Yes equitable titles are indeed ours but while we operate their title we are in guilt impersonating a fictitious name and deemed criminals .

ESTATE being everything built upon the foundational base of the BC . An estate is legal therefore owned by the legal, in truth we own nothing other than debt but rather are owned .
REMEDY does not come from the state per se though they do recognize it ,remedy originates from the Creator
Remedy falls under 'conscious clause' and 'escape clause' Remedy/relief is a free graced pardon. I haven't written that line before have I .
