Fellow Hivers and members of Street Workout Community in this opportunity I want to share an abdominal routine that will help us to strengthen the muscles of the abdominal area and the entire body. By strengthening this area will help us to gain strength to perform more complex exercises or positions. I hope you can perform them in the comfort of your home constantly to get the desired results. NOTE: It is important to keep the body hydrated preferably using water, also rest between each repetition and maintain proper breathing when performing the exercises.
