Saludos Comunidad, les habla Jil Rodríguez PANTERA, en nuestra edición #42, hoy nos hemos colado a una clase de BALLET STRECHESS, donde hicimos un excelente estiramiento, bienvenidos.

Greetings Community, this is Jil Rodriguez PANTERA, in our edition #42, today we snuck into a BALLET STRECHESS class, where we did an excellent stretch, welcome.

Hoy solo describiré las distintas sensaciones de la clase, ya que no soy el PROFESOR u INSTRUCTOR a cargo, primero debo decirles que aunque el BALLET es super difícil y estético, el PROFESOR Jesús, ha encontrado la forma de llevarlo a una experiencia de relajación en vez de ser una experiencia estresante.

Today I will only describe the different sensations of the class, since I am not the TEACHER or INSTRUCTOR in charge, first I must tell you that although BALLET is super difficult and aesthetic, TEACHER Jesus, has found a way to take it to a relaxing experience instead of being a stressful experience.

Algunas de las flexibilidades allí realizadas pues fueron muy distintas a las que acostumbro, por supuesto dichas extensiones formarán parte de mi conocimiento ahora, ya que aperturan nuevas posibilidades dentro de mi mundo de movimientos.

Some of the flexibilities performed there were very different from what I am used to, of course these extensions will be part of my knowledge now, as they open new possibilities within my world of movements.

Fue excelente la experiencia, y por supuesto se adquiere un mejor entendimiento sobre cada postura del BALLET, cosa que antes no había podido deducir, como las posiciones de las manos, y algunas normas de etiqueta dentro de esta Arte.

It was an excellent experience, and of course you acquire a better understanding of each posture of BALLET, something that I had not been able to deduce before, such as the positions of the hands, and some rules of etiquette within this Art.

Cómo expongo aquí mismo, pues fue mi primera clase de BALLET, por lo cual es posible que en alguna cosa me equivoque, espero que no, pero de ser así, a los visitantes de este Post, pues de antemano espero sepan pasarlo por alto.

How I expose right here, because it was my first BALLET class, so it is possible that in some thing I am wrong, I hope not, but if so, to the visitors of this Post, well in advance I hope you know how to overlook it.

Lo que más agradable es, es que el lugar en el que allí nos encontramos, es el COLEGIO DE ABOGADOS de Barquisimeto, lugar donde PROFESORES como Jesús, enseñan a personas especiales con distintos tipos de Autismo y neurodiversidad, por lo cual por supuesto también me uno a la causa de ellos, haciendo mi labor aprovechando la puerta abierta allí.

What is more pleasant is that the place where we meet there, is the COLLEGE OF LAWYERS of Barquisimeto, place where TEACHERS like Jesus, teach special people with different types of Autism and neurodiversity, so of course I also join the cause of them, making
