    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC soy @jesusaguilarvz y hoy quiero iniciar este blog con una serie de ejercicios para acondicionar tus muñecas, ya que son en gran parte una de las partes olvidadas de nuestro cuerpo para fortalecer a la hora de hacer ejercicio, yo Hace poco tuve una lesión en la muñeca, no porque no calentara sino porque me olvidé de estirar bien y tenía mal agarre, pero ya me he sentido mejor y lista para volver a entrenar.
    Greetings dear friends of the SWC community I am @jesusaguilarvz and today I want to start this blog with a series of exercises to condition your wrists, since they are largely one of the forgotten parts of our body to strengthen when it comes to exercise, I recently had a wrist injury, not because I didn't warm up but because I forgot to stretch well and had a bad grip, but I've already felt better and ready to train again.

    Ejercicio 1: Extension de Muñecas en suelo Frontal: 3 series de 20 segundos
    Exercise 1: Front floor wrist extension: 3 sets of 20 seconds
