Hola Hiver's feliz miércoles. Hoy decidí compartir con ustedes un tema que siempre amé escuchar y sobre todo cantar. "One of us" de Eric Bazilian. La primera vez que lo escuché en la voz de Joan Osborne fue un disparo al corazón. "One of us" es uno de esos temas que te atrapan y te hacen reflexionar.

Today I decided to share with you a song that I always loved to listen to and especially to sing
"One of us" by Eric Bazilian.
The first time I heard it in Joan Osborne's voice it was a shot to the heart.
"One of us" is one of those songs that catch you and make you reflect.

En mi caso me invita a ver a Dios desde una perspectiva más diáfana y delicada, donde la pregunta es: que pasaría con nuestro mundo si aprendiéramos a ver a Dios en cada uno de los que nos rodean, que tal si todo ese amor al prójimo realmente lo reflejaramos invitándonos a la humildad, solidaridad, sororidad, empatía, caridad ? Entender que todos somos uno ?

In my case it invites me to see God from a more diaphanous and delicate perspective, where the question is what would happen to our world if we learned to see God in each one of those around us, what if all that love for others really reflected it by inviting us to humility, solidarity, sorority, empathy, charity?
To understand that we are all one?

No se trata de solo ver a Dios desde una iglesia o desde las religiones. Es vivirlo y sentirlo en cada paso de nuestras vidas, en ese vecino, amigo, familiar o extraño, que si lo vemos como una parte de Dios, entonces así solo así lo tratáramos con más respeto, más amor y cuidado. Como nuestro hermano, nuestro ser más preciado.

It is not only about seeing God from a church or from religions.
It is to live and feel him in every step of our lives, in that neighbor, friend, relative or stranger, that if we see him as a part of God, then only then we will treat him with more respect, more love and care.
As our brother, our most precious being.

Tal vez es un sentir muy personal de mi parte, cuando escucho este tema, pero cada vez que lo canto es como si la profundidad de su letra me enseñara algo diferente todos los días, tal vez en una perspectiva más humana y a la vez más divina y espiritual, donde los juicios o las normas no nublan la mente y solo se abre paso la profunda conexión de la conciencia del amor.

Maybe it is a very personal feeling on my part, when I listen to this song, but every time I sing it is as if the depth of its lyrics teach me something different every day, perhaps in a more human perspective and at the same time more divine and spiritual, where judgments or rules do not cloud the mind and only the deep connection of the consciousness of love opens the way.

"One of us", fué una letra que desde mi adolescencia me marcó y seguirá formando parte de mi vida. Tiene la particularidad de sorprenderme en cada etapa, con una enseñanza diferente que me acerca aún más a esa calidez que brinda Dios y su inmenso amor en nuestra vidas. Para mí es una lección de fé diaria y constante, sin tantos prejuicios, normas o muros, que tal vez dañan esa cercanía tan necesaria como la certeza de la presencia de Él y su infinito amor.

"One of us" was a lyric that marked me since I was a teenager and will continue to be part of my life.
It has the particularity of surprising me at each stage, with a different teaching that brings me even closer to the warmth that God and his immense love brings to our lives.
For me it is a lesson of daily and constant faith, without so many prejudices, norms or walls, which perhaps damage that closeness as necessary as the certainty of His presence and His infinite love.
