Hola amigos de Geekzone, hoy les traigo un interesante juego, que no sé si considerar plagio de Resident Evil, pero a nivel gráfico y de jugabilidad es diferente, así que pensé que sería buena idea probarlo, y en realidad me ha gustado bastante.

Se trata de Ares Virus, un juego en el que controlamos a un miembro del Escuadron S.O.T, algo asi como los S.T.A.R.S en RE. La ciudad H ha sido infectada por el virus Ares , un virus fabricado en el Instituto de Investigaciones, al cual debemos ingresar para conseguir una muestra de los anticuerpos para que el gobierno fabrique una cura.

Nos encontraremos con seres mutantes similares a los de RE como los clásicos zombies, y hasta los lickers, los cuales tendremos que eliminar, ya sea con armas de fuego, flechas o armas de mano como cuchillos, tablas o puñetazos. En los entornos encontraremos una gran variedad de Items, que van desde comida, zapatos, llaves, hierbas, entre otras cosas que no tengo muy claro que son o para que sirven. Tendremos una mochila con multiples campos para alamacenar itemes, incluso el clásico baúl de RE , para guardar objetos que no necesitaremos de inmediato.

We will encounter mutants similar to those of RE as the classic zombies, and even lickers, which we will have to eliminate, either with firearms, arrows or hand weapons such as knives, boards or punches. In the environments we will find a variety of items, ranging from food, shoes, keys, herbs, among other things that I'm not very clear what they are or what they are for. We will have a backpack with multiple fields to store items, even the classic RE trunk, to store objects that we will not need immediately.

El juego está lleno de diálogos que contribuyen al desarrollo de la historia, diálogos que de selección multiple que nos permiten entablar conversaciones diversas, según lo que queramos saber. Este es un punto que me ha gustado bastante.

The game is full of dialogues that contribute to the development of the story, multiple selection dialogues that allow us to engage in various conversations, depending on what we want to know. This is a point that I liked a lot.

A nivel gráfico, es algo minimalista, está en blanco y negro, y se ve desde un plano cenital, creo que es muy original, en este sentido, y me ha resultado bastante cómodo de jugar, pus podemos visualizar todo nuestro entorno más cercano y movernos y apuntar a nuestros enemigos de forma fácil. Por otro lado a nivel musical, y de efectos de sonido, esta bien logrado, no es nada épico, pero me gusta la música de acción cuando somos perseguidos, o simplmenete ruido ambiente cuando todo está en calma, se oyen aves e insectos mientras no suceda nada, lo que me parece que nos sumerge en la atmosfera del juego.

At the graphic level, it is somewhat minimalist, is in black and white, and is seen from a zenithal plane, I think it is very original in this sense, and I found it quite comfortable to play, pus we can visualize all our immediate environment and move and aim at our enemies easily. On the other hand at the musical level, and sound effects, is well achieved, it is nothing epic, but I like the action music when we are chased, or simplmenete ambient noise when everything is calm, birds and insects are heard while nothing happens, which seems to me that immerses us in the atmosphere of the game.

A pesar de que es tan parecido, o una copia de RE en cuanto a su historia, de verdad creo que vale la pena jugarlo, sobre todo si eres amante de la saga de RE, el juego debe tener muchos diálogos, muchos escenarios, armas, opciones interactivas, creo que podemos experimentar una gran historia de horror, y no podemos perdérnosla. Yo espero compartir una segunda parte de este juego, pues de verdad me gustó bastante.

Even though it is so similar, or a copy of RE in terms of its story, I really think it is worth playing, especially if you are a lover of the RE saga, the game should have many dialogues, many scenarios, weapons, interactive options, I think we can experience a great horror story, and we can not miss it. I hope to share a second part of this game, because I really liked it a lot.
