Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community Tenia ya semanas sin entrenar como tal la plancha y aun menos la barra fija que para mi es super importante para complementar en mis combos de freestyle, entonces hoy vamos a entrenarla de una forma no tan intensa.
Hello to all friends of Street Workout Community I hadn't trained the plank for weeks and even less the fixed bar which for me is super important to complement my freestyle combos, so today we are going to train it in a not so intense way.

En muchos de mis post o videos pueden ver que en algunos ejercicios duro en isometria al terminar las repeticiones, esto lo hago cuando siento que no me canso lo suficiente el ejercicio o no sentí un buen trabajo, siempre aguanto la isometria cuando el musculo esta en tensión para exigirle un poco mas de lo que me puede dar o darle un poco mas de dificultad a las series.
In many of my posts or videos you can see that in some exercises I do hard isometrics at the end of the repetitions, I do this when I feel that I don't get tired enough of the exercise or I didn't feel a good job, I always hold the isometrics when the muscle is in tension to demand a little more than what I can give or give a little more difficulty to the series.
