Estos ejercicios nos ayudaran mucho tambien si tienen dolores de rodilla a la hora de entrenar pierna, tambien nos ayudaran a generar fuerza en el gluteo, equilibrio y al entrenar con peso corporal lo hacemos con mas dificultad para tener una mejor activación.
These exercises will also help us a lot if you have knee pain when training leg, they will also help us to generate strength in the gluteus, balance and when training with body weight we do it with more difficulty to have a better activation.
