    Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community el dia de hoy vamos a entrenar un truco que tras ser vistoso tambien nos ayuda a reforzar nuestro core, lumbar y musculos abdominales, entonces vamos a darte con todo a este truco llamado dragon flag.
    Hello to all friends of Street Workout Community today we are going to train a trick that after being showy also helps us to strengthen our core, lumbar and abdominal muscles, so we are going to give it all to this trick called dragon flag.

    Sabias que este movimiento fue popularizado por Bruce lee? este ejercicio trabajas con todo el peso corporal, varia la dificultad dependen de donde lo hagas, puede ser una barra, banco inclinado y hasta en el suelo, aca lo que buscas es mantener la mayor estabilidad corporal pero para eso conlleva un gran trabajo fisico, se podria decir que en este movimiento trabajas perfectamente toda la parte superior y gran parte de la inferior del cuerpo, este ejercicio es muy simple una vez que ya tienes la fuerza que necesitas solo buscaras una barra ( la barra queda detras de tu cabeza) esta la sostendremos y con la ayuda de las piernas y el core levantaremos el cuerpo del suelo en una posición en pica
