Hi! there good evening, hope we all are fine?
So this week I will doing a song originally sunged by a gospel artist here In Nigeria, her name is Sinach and the song title is precious Jesus.
I can remember the first day I heard this song goose bump filled up my body because the lyrics were so giving. The lyrics was so captivating and seriously since then it has been one of my best songs especially when it approaches or comes closer to the this period of Christ death (Easter). It reminds me of all the huge sacrifices by our maker.
This song is a song of appreciation to Jesus for not letting go or backing down or stopping on the journey to the cross but rather He held on till the finished line which was the CROSS.

Have you ever imagined Jesus yelling out and saying he is tired that so he wouldn't be able to pull through again?
Oh! I bet you haven't thought to that extent, just think of it and you would know it wasn't easy for Him at all. He had options of letting go afterall he was God, but He didn't.
So we all have every reason to tell Him Abba thank you for not backing off, thanks for carrying the burden of my Sins and that of my loved ones to the cross, if it hadn't been you I would have been a forgotten soul.

Reminisce on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and you would know you've been an ungrateful being all these while, yes! All of us are ungrateful.
Ever foot a bill for anyone and the person in turn make it look or sound as if you didn't try that you should have done more, or the person makes you feel stupid for even opting to help out at the first place and you feel hurt?
This is how Jesus feels when you and I make His sacrifice on the cross to be a waste, I pray today we return to our first love. Amen .

¡Hola! Buenas noches, espero que estemos todos bien. Así que esta semana haré una canción cantada originalmente por una artista de gospel aquí en Nigeria, su nombre es Sinach y el título de la canción es Precious Jesus. Puedo recordar el primer día que escuché esta canción. Se me puso la piel de gallina porque la letra era muy generosa. La letra fue muy cautivadora y en serio, desde entonces ha sido una de mis mejores canciones, especialmente cuando se acerca o se acerca a este período de la muerte de Cristo (Pascua). Me recuerda todos los enormes sacrificios de nuestro creador. Esta canción es una canción de agradecimiento a Jesús por no soltarse, retroceder o detenerse en el camino a la cruz, sino que aguantó hasta la línea final que era la CRUZ. ¿Alguna vez te has imaginado a Jesús gritando y diciendo que está tan cansado que no podría volver a salir adelante? ¡Oh!
