    There are this kind of dishes that makes you fly with it great flavors and this is the cake of this dish that I want to share with you today. The Eggplant cake it is ideal for those that does not like eggplant since this way to cook it guarantee a great flavor and texture.

    ingredients
    A big eggplant or two small ones
    Tomato paste
    Little onion
    2 garlic tooth
    flour
    bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    200 gs ground meat
    spieces (Black pepper, salt, oregano)

    I share the process with you through the video. It is really easy to do it, even when it take some time but the reward it is a great dish with awesome flavor.

    important tip:
    After you put it the salt on the eggplant sheets, you have to wait about 10 minutes, until the salt have disappeared and in its place, it looks as the eggplant started to sweat. then you should take the eggplant sheets to wash up this water, and wala your gonna have eggplants without sour flavor.

    Hay este tipo de platos que te hacen volar con su gran sabor y esta es la tarta de este plato que quiero compartir contigo hoy. El bizcocho de berenjenas es ideal para aquellos a los que no les gusta la berenjena ya que esta forma de cocinarla garantiza un gran sabor y textura.

    ingredientes
    Una berenjena grande o dos pequeñas
    Pasta de tomate
    cebolla pequeña
    2 dientes de ajo
    harina
    migas de pan
    2 huevos
    200 g carne molida
    especias (pimienta negra, sal, orégano)

    Te comparto el proceso a través del vídeo. Es muy fácil hacerlo, aunque lleva algo de tiempo, pero la recompensa es un plato estupendo con un sabor increíble.

    consejo importante:
    Después de echar la sal a las láminas de berenjena, hay que esperar unos 10 minutos, hasta que la sal haya desaparecido y en su lugar, parezca que la berenjena empieza a sudar. Luego debes tomar las hojas de berenjena para lavar esta agua, y así tendrás berenjenas sin sabor amargo.
