I created my new mediation music with the aim of improving the sleep and dream quality and in general it can help to experience lucid dreams. As always, I have built different frequencies in the background which have a positive influence on sleep quality.
When listening to frequencies, you should always drink enough water! The frequencies can be listened with speakers as well as with earphones.
