Hello friends of Hive and the Hive Collectors community; my name is Fernando Benedetti and for me it is a pleasure to join this great family of collectors because one of my great hobbies since I can remember, is to collect objects after giving them a good use. I am not a collector like many people who keep their objects without opening them, but I do take good care of them.

I used to collect toys, magazines and other things that I don't have now because I had to get rid of them after leaving my country 6 years ago, however, I still have some things that have been extremely important to me, like what I bring you today in this first publication.

I know there is an initiative by my friend @mipiano about Christmas cards, the problem is that I don't have them, they were in my old home and I had many, both mine and some that my mom collected. I think this hobby is inherited since my parents used to collect many things and so I learned to do it unconsciously; little by little I will show you what I have been able to keep in my hands until today and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

In the video I show you the video game consoles that have stayed with me since my childhood, I had many more, I just had to sell them at the time. There are 6 in total, one of them does not work for lack of a spare part and the others are 100 percent functional ... but I will not tell you more, watch the video and then join me here in the post so you can see better the consoles in pictures 👍😉

Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad Hive Collectors; mi nombre es Fernando Benedetti y para mi es un placer unirme a esta grandiosa familia de coleccionistas ya que uno de mis grandes pasatiempos desde que tengo uso de razón, es coleccionar objetos luego de darles un buen uso. No hago coleccionismo como hacen muchos que mantienen sus objetos sin abrirlos, pero si cuido y conservo muy bien de los mismos.

Yo solía coleccionar juguetes, revistas y otras cosas que actualmente no las tengo porque tuve que desprenderme de ellas luego de haber salido de mi país hace 6 años atrás, sin embargo, todavía tengo algunas cosas que han sido sumamente importantes para mí, como lo que hoy les traigo en esta primera publicación.

Sé que hay una iniciativa por parte de mi amiga @mipiano sobre tarjetas de navidad, el problema es que no las tengo, quedaron en mi antiguo hogar y tenía muchas, tanto mías como algunas que coleccionaba mi mamá. Este pasatiempo creo que es heredado ya que mis padres solían coleccionar muchas cosas y por ello aprendí a hacerlo inconscientemente; poco a poco les iré mostrando lo que he podido mantener en mis manos hasta el día de hoy y espero lo disfruten tanto como yo.

En el video les muestro las consolas de videojuegos que han quedado conmigo desde mi infancia, tenía muchas más, solo que tuve que venderlas en su momento. Son 6 en total, una de ellas no funciona por falta de un repuesto y las otras están 100 por ciento funcionales… pero no les diré más, vean el video y luego acompáñenme aquí en el post para que puedan ver mejor las consolas en fotografías.

This is the first Sony console and it came out in 1995; this console uses cds and it was a technological revolution because the games presented very well done 3d cinematics. I had a Nintendo 64 and when I knew this machine, I exchanged it with a friend and I don't regret it at all, it was a great decision. In the picture you can see some games, they are not all, they are triple A copies, of very good quality and the most faithful to the original format. The two discs that you can see, are original, they bring demos of the best games of that time. You can also see one of the 2 Dual Shock controllers, which have vibration devices to make the gaming experience even cooler.

Esta es la primera consola de Sony y salió en el año 1995; esta consola usa cds y fue toda una revolución tecnológica porque los juegos presentaban cinemáticas en 3d muy bien hechas. Yo tenía una Nintendo 64 y cuando conocí esta máquina, la intercambié con un amigo y no me arrepiento para nada, fue una gran decisión. En la foto pueden ver algunos juegos, no están todos, son copias triple A, de muy buena calidad y las más fieles al formato original. Los dos discos que se pueden ver, son originales, traen demos de los mejores juegos de ese momento. También pueden observar uno de los 2 controles Dual Shock, los cuales traen dispositivos de vibración para hacer la experiencia de juego más genial.

This great console was released in 1998, I bought it at Christmas of that year and it was very exciting because their games were amazing. The games you see in the pictures are triple A copies, there are many more, almost 80, but I didn't want to show them for space reasons hehe. The green disc is original, this is a demo of several games. The other disk is also original and is a driver that allowed the connection to the internet from the console, something very new for the time. The green device is a memory card, to save the games; its name is VMU (Visual Memory Unit) and it could also be used to play games. It should be noted that the controls were innovative and very comfortable to play.

Esta grandiosa consola salió al mercado en 1998, yo la compré en la navidad de ese año y fue muy emocionante ya que sus juegos eran increíbles. Los juegos que ves en las fotos son copias triple A, son muchísimos más, casi 80, pero no los quise mostrar por el espacio jeje. El disco verde es original, este es un demo de varios juegos. El otro disco también es original y es un driver que permitía la conexión a internet desde la consola, algo muy novedoso para la época. El dispositivo verde, es una tarjeta de memoria, para salvar las partidas de los juegos; su nombre es VMU (Visual Memory Unit) y también podía usarse para jugar. Cabe destacar que los controles fueron innovadores y muy cómodos para jugar.

This Nintendo console was released in 2001; I must confess that I really did not enjoy it as I should because their games were expensive for the time, in fact at present, each used game is almost the cost of a new game of the current consoles, this is crazy. The design of the controls and the console is its great attraction as well as the format of the discs, which as you will see are mini-discs. Its catalog of games is great, but for what I have played, they do not call my attention at all.

Esta consola de Nintendo, salió a la luz en el año 2001; debo confesar que realmente no la disfruté como debía porque sus juegos eran costosos para la época, de hecho en el presente, cada juego usado, se consigue casi al costo de un juego nuevo de las consolas actuales, esto es una locura. El diseño de los controles y la consola es su gran atractivo al igual que el formato de los discos que como verán son mini-discos. Su catálogo de juegos es genial, pero ya para lo que he jugado, no me llaman la atención en lo absoluto.

I have a special affection for this console; I bought it after 2 years of being away from video games, to dedicate myself to music. It came out in 2010, I bought it in 2011 and to be very honest, it has been one of the best purchases I have made in terms of consoles. This technological marvel is one of the best sellers in the history of video games (the number 1 is the Playstation 2) for its quality in every aspect that composes it since it comes from Microsoft. I have almost 100 games, of which the ones you see in the pictures are the only originals, the rest are copies. Its controls are wireless and very cool as well as the games that have marked a new era for its high level of performance.

A esta consola le tengo un cariño especial; la compré luego de 2 años de haberme apartado de los videojuegos, para dedicarme a la música. Salió en el año 2010, yo la compré en el año 2011 y siendo muy sincero, ha sido de las mejores compras que he hecho en cuanto a consolas se refiere. Esta maravilla tecnológica es de las más vendidas en la historia de los videojuegos (la número 1 es la Playstation 2) por su calidad en cada aspecto que la compone ya que viene de Microsoft. Tengo casi 100 juegos, de los cuales los que ven en las fotos son los únicos originales, el resto son copias. Sus controles son inalámbricos y muy geniales al igual que los juegos que han marcado una nueva era por su alto nivel de rendimiento.

The Xbox 360 E was released in 2013, a few months before the powerful Xbox One and was a prelude to the final design of the new console. I bought it in the middle of the pandemic to give it to my nephew, however, he did not use it much and told me to keep it since he was later bought a Playstation 4. The only difference with the previous model is only its aesthetics, it only reads original discs since I did not install the chip that allows it to read copies.

La Xbox 360 E salió a la venta en el año 2013, unos meses antes que la poderosa Xbox One y fue una antesala al diseño final de la nueva consola. Yo la compré en plena pandemia para regalársela a mi sobrino, sin embargo, no la usó mucho y me dijo que la conservara ya que luego le compraron una Playstation 4. La única diferencia con el modelo anterior es solo su estética, solo lee discos originales ya que no le instalé el chip que le permite leer copias.

My first investment with my first income from Hive, was this beauty with which I make content for the Geek Zone and Hive Gaming communities. I have 47 games, of which the ones you see are the only ones in physical format, the rest are digital. This console has 1 tb of storage and an impressive graphic quality in high definition. Its controls are wireless and very comfortable to play. Obviously it is my favorite console and I am enjoying it to the maximum to then buy the Playstation 5 that is currently on the market. It went on sale in 2013, I bought it for Christmas 2021.

Mi primera inversión con mis primeros ingresos de Hive, fue esta belleza con la cual hago contenido para las comunidades Geek Zone y Hive Gaming. Tengo 47 juegos, de los cuales los que ven son los únicos en formato físico, el resto son digitales. Esta consola cuenta con 1 tb de almacenamiento y con una calidad gráfica impresionante en alta definición. Sus controles son inalámbricos y muy cómodos para jugar. Obviamente es mi consola preferida y la estoy disfrutando al máximo para luego comprar la Playstation 5 que está en el mercado actualmente. Salió a la venta en el año 2013, yo la compré para la navidad del año 2021.
