Hoje iremos apresentar uma de nossas turmas que acontece toda terça e quinta-feira, no horários das 19 às 20:30h.
Essa turma é de nível iniciante para os nossos alunos que estão iniciando o processo dançante ou para aqueles que estão aprimorando o que já dançam, desde os movimentos mais básicos. Tem lugar para todos na Escola Caxiense de Danças.

Turma Iniciante

A turma tem pouco tempo que iniciou aqui na Escola. Vinda de outro espaço, com o professor Filipe. Que deu continuidade com os alunos ao trabalho que já vinha desenvolvendo a alguns meses.
O Forró é um estilo de dança a dois que tem muita procura, por ser uma dança popular que toca em todos os lugares e por ser dançado por muitos sem necessariamente ter tido contato com alguma aula de dança. Das danças a dois, o Forró é o estilo de dança mais dançado por todos aqui no Brasil.
Muitas vezes as pessoas buscam nossas aulas afim de aprimorar técnicas e explorar novas movimentações e se apaixonam pro aprenderem novos estilos.
Essa turma está aqui na Escola há 3 meses e já tem uma uma sintonia admirável. Onde nossos alunos vem para dançar, relaxar, aprimorar a dança e ser muito mais feliz.

A aula se inicia com exercícios mais básicos do forró para que os nossos alunos possam preparar/aquecer os corpos, dando ritmo a aula. Temos também o momento inicial de dança livre. Onde os alunos dançam ao som de grandes sucessos do forró nos estilos: de xaxádo, xote, pé de serra, baião entre outros.

Desenvolvimento da turma

A desenvolvimento na dança é algo que vem com o tempo, como todo aprendizado a dança tem seus processos e fases. Temos o nível iniciante, intermediário e avançado. É muito importante que as etapas não sejam puladas para melhor progresso e desenvolvimento na dança.
No nível mais básico são desenvolvidas a questão rítmica, consciência corporal, coordenação motora e movimentações mais básicas e estruturais que serão desenvolvidas por toda a trajetória dançante.

Esse vídeo mostra a turma de forró em uma das aulas, praticando a dança livre, onde pode se explorar tudo o que se sabe de acordo com a vontade de cada condutor e resposta da conduzida. Nem todos os alunos da turma estão no vídeo. Mas não podíamos deixar de mostrar os registros.

The class begins with more basic forró exercises so that our students can prepare/warm up their bodies, setting the pace for the class. We also have the opening moment of free dancing. Where students dance to the sound of great forró hits in styles: xaxádo, xote, pé de serra, baião, among others.

Class development

Development in dance is something that comes with time, like all learning to dance has its processes and phases. We have beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. It is very important that steps are not skipped for better progress and development in the dance.
