Ajedrez y Running desde la Ciudad de Coro: compartiendo con la comunidad ChessBrothers ¡Que viva el

Me complace presentar para toda la comunidad de FULLDEPORTES, la blockchain de HIVE y el mundo entero, momentos bastante bonitos que viví en mis más recientes vacaciones por Venezuela, específicamente en la ciudad de Coro, Edo. Falcón, enmarcados en el ámbito de la actividad deportiva, en las disciplinas de Ajedrez y “Running”, dos actividades que me apasionan, y siempre será un placer compartir con personas afines de las mismas, en esta oportunidad con la comunidad de CHESSBROTHERS.

I am pleased to present for the entire community of FULLDEPORTES, the HIVE blockchain and the whole world, quite beautiful moments that I lived in my most recent vacation in Venezuela, specifically in the city of Coro, Edo. Falcon, framed in the field of sports activity, in the disciplines of Chess and "Running", two activities that I love, and it will always be a pleasure to share with like-minded people of the same, in this opportunity with the community of CHESSBROTHERS.

Y así fue como conocí las instalaciones de ajedrez de CHESSBROTHERS, un ameno espacio donde tuve la oportunidad de interactuar con el amigo @vjap55, atleta selección de Venezuela, y por supuesto aprovechamos de jugar unas cuantas partidas rápidas, en el recurso audiovisual se pueden apreciar algunos de estos momentos especiales, porque eso es jugar al Ajedrez, desencadenar momentos que trascienden.

And that's how I met the chess facilities of CHESSBROTHERS, a pleasant space where I had the opportunity to interact with my friend @vjap55, athlete selection of Venezuela, and of course we took the opportunity to play a few quick games, in the audiovisual resource you can see some of these special moments, because that is playing chess, trigger moments that transcend.

Y en esta tónica de jugar ajedrez, acompañé al equipo de ChessBrothers al Centro Comercia Coro Mall, para difundir el deporte ciencia en este tipo de espacios donde para las personas puede ser una sorpresa encontrarse con tableros de ajedrez y poder jugar con total tranquilidad una partida. En esa ocasión el CM Carlos Abiad realizó espectaculares demostraciones de habilidades en el ajedrez blitz, al punto que esa tarde se fue invicto. Desde acá un abrazo al maestro @sawko desde niño mostrando un gran talento para jugar al deporte de las 64 casillas, y desearle por supuesto todos los éxitos del mundo en este emprendimiento de ChessBrothers.

And in this tone of playing chess, I accompanied the ChessBrothers team to the Centro Comercia Coro Mall, to spread the sport science in this type of spaces where people can be a surprise to find chess boards and be able to play a game with total tranquility. On that occasion the CM Carlos Abiad made spectacular demonstrations of skills in blitz chess, to the point that he left that afternoon undefeated. From here a hug to the master @sawko since he was a child showing a great talent to play the sport of 64 squares, and wish him of course all the success in the world in this venture of ChessBrothers.

Particularmente coincido con la filosofía de ChessBrothers de que es importante el fortalecimiento de nuestra mente a través del ajedrez, pero sin descuidar el fortalecimiento de nuestro cuerpo, y es allí donde entra el Running en acción. Prácticamente se ha vuelto una tradición que cuando estoy de visita por tierras corianas, el equipo de ChessBrothers y mi persona nos animamos a hacer una carrera 5K, en esta ocasión recorrimos 4.32 K, creo que el fuerte calor me afectó mucho porque no hice mi mejor tiempo, pero lo importante fue que se disfrutó el recorrido al máximo y en la llegada a la meta aproveché la oportunidad de interactuar con varios jóvenes talentos del arte de la calistenia.

I particularly agree with the philosophy of ChessBrothers that it is important to strengthen our mind through chess, but without neglecting the strengthening of our body, and that is where Running comes into action. It has practically become a tradition that when I am visiting Corian lands, the ChessBrothers team and myself are encouraged to do a 5K race, this time we ran 4.32 K, I think the strong heat affected me a lot because I did not do my best time, but the important thing was that the tour was enjoyed to the fullest and at the finish line I took the opportunity to interact with several young talents of the art of calisthenics.

Nuevamente interactué con el maestro @sawko, esta vez en el contexto del ejercicio al aire libre, compartiéndonos sus apreciaciones sobre la carrera llevada a cabo, acotando que realizó el recorrido total en 22 minutos aproximadamente, y hablándonos de los beneficios de la calistenia, de hacer deporte, encaminados a una mejor condición física y mental y por supuesto a un mejor estado de salud, uniéndose a estas ideas el amigo Sergio y cada uno de los compañeros con los que se compartió esta interesante carrera.

Again I interacted with the teacher @sawko, this time in the context of outdoor exercise, sharing his views on the race carried out, noting that he made the total distance in about 22 minutes, and talking about the benefits of calisthenics, doing sports, aimed at a better physical and mental condition and of course a better state of health, joining these ideas Sergio friend and each of the companions with whom he shared this interesting race.z|

Vale destacar que esta carrera fue levada a cabo un Viernes 24 de marzo, y justo al día siguiente que me encontraba con mi madre dando un paseo por la avenida Independencia de Coro, coincido que una carrera 5K en acción, y como obviamente me enteré demasiado tarde de la misma, aproveché el momento para hacer algunas tomas fotográficas y de video:

It is worth noting that this race was held on Friday March 24, and just the next day I was with my mother taking a walk along the Independence Avenue of Coro, I coincided that a 5K race in action, and as I obviously found out about it too late, I took the time to take some pictures and video:

Y es bastante bonito ver como en Coro se promueve el ejercicio al aire libre; por motivos de tiempo no pude ir a otros sectores donde se enaltece esta tendencia. Te invito a que veas mi anterior trabajo, donde muestro los espacios parta tal fin en el sector Las Velitas:

And it is quite nice to see how Coro promotes outdoor exercise; for time reasons I could not go to other sectors where this trend is encouraged. I invite you to see my previous work, where I show the spaces for this purpose in the sector Las Velitas:
