Un gran abrazo para la comunidad deportiva de HIVE como lo es FullDeportes y a los amantes del deporte ciencia, me siento muy contento de retomar la sección de noticiero FullDeportivo encaminada en difundir el ajedrez, enalteciendo los torneo de carácter local, para mostrar al mundo el acontecer deportivo que se está dando en un determinado rincón de donde estamos habitando, en mi caso, desde la hermosa ciudad blanca de Arequipa, específicamente desde las instalaciones del Mall Lambramani.

A big hug to the sports community of HIVE as is FullDeportes and lovers of sport science, I am very happy to resume the news section FullDeportivo aimed at disseminating chess, extolling the local tournament, to show the world the sporting events that are taking place in a particular corner of where we are living, in my case, from the beautiful white city of Arequipa, specifically from the facilities of the Mall Lambramani.

Un importante evento que reunió ajedricistas de todas las edades de la región de Arequipa en la que cada categoría mostró un excelente nivel de juego, desde la Sub – 06 hasta la categoría mayores, se vivieron muchas partidas de interés, pero lo mas importante de todo es el sano compartir que se promueve en estos eventos, porque estamos unidos por una misma pasión como lo es el Ajedrez, por eso parte del título de la publicación y que al mismo tiempo es un lema de la Federación Internacional de Ajedrez “GENS UNA SUMUS”, es decir, todos somos una familia.

An important event that brought together chess players of all ages in the region of Arequipa in which each category showed an excellent level of play, from Sub - 06 to the senior category, there were many interesting games, but most important of all is the healthy sharing that is promoted in these events, because we are united by the same passion as it is Chess, so part of the title of the publication and at the same time is a motto of the International Chess Federation "GENS UNA SUMUS", ie, we are all one family.

Nuevamente mi pupilo Gerald Cuno compitió en la sub 06, perdiendo solo una partida ante el pequeño Benjamín quien se coronó campeón y Gerald ocupó el segundo lugar. Como siempre lo señalo el ajedrez en los niños es muy importante, que bonito que los padres regalen el conocimiento de esta disciplina. Ha sido un honor interactuar con estos pequeños, promesas del ajedrez peruano, Dios bendiga su caminar y que siempre cultiven la pasión de jugar ajedrez.

Once again my pupil Gerald Cuno competed in the under 06, losing only one game to little Benjamin who was crowned champion and Gerald took second place. As I always point out chess in children is very important, how nice that parents give the knowledge of this discipline. It has been an honor to interact with these little ones, promises of Peruvian chess, God bless their walk and may they always cultivate the passion of playing chess.

Una mención especial para el MF Miguel Nina, organizador del evento, que tiene esta iniciativa de realizar torneos en los centros comerciales, para hacerlos bastante vistosos. Muchas veces pensamos que en el centro comercial vamos a encontrar atracciones mecánicas, tiendas de última moda, pero ver un torneo de ajedrez es algo realmente original, y la sede protagonista fue el Mall Lambramani.

A special mention to MF Miguel Nina, organizer of the event, who has this initiative of holding tournaments in shopping malls, to make them quite colorful. Many times we think that in the mall we are going to find mechanical attractions, latest fashion stores, but to see a chess tournament is something really original, and the protagonist venue was the Lambramani Mall.

Interactuamos con varios de los atletas presentes, los mismos compartieron experiencias de las partidas jugadas. Vale destacar que después de más de 2 meses sin jugar torneos, me animé a jugar en la categoría libre, solo logré 2.5 puntos de los 06 posibles, y una de las fallas fue el tiempo, alcanzaba buenas posiciones pero en el apuro de tiempo no hacia las jugadas precisas. En definitiva, hay que entrenar y mantenerse jugando estos torneos, que a pesar de que son ritmo blitz, son una gran fuente de entrenamiento. En una próxima publicación estaré compartiendo el análisis de cada una de las partidas que disputé, así que atentos a esta futura entrega.

We interacted with several of the athletes present, they shared experiences of the games played. It is worth noting that after more than 2 months without playing tournaments, I dared to play in the free category, I only got 2.5 points out of 06 possible, and one of the failures was the time, I reached good positions but in the rush of time I did not make the right moves. In short, you have to train and keep playing these tournaments, although they are blitz rhythm, they are a great source of training. In a future publication I will be sharing the analysis of each of the games I played, so stay tuned for this future publication.

Quise cerrar esta publicación compartiendo algunos momentos de la premiación de las diversas categorías, y esto me permite reflexionar en el hecho de que las emociones que te da ganar una partida, ganar un torneo son indescriptibles, es realmente gratificante, pero al mismo tiempo hay que saber administrar la derrota, en mi caso no logré posicionarme entre los primeros cinco puestos, a pesar de esto, hay que analizar lo que ocurrió y seguir luchando para mejorar nuestro nivel de juego.

I wanted to close this publication by sharing some moments of the awards ceremony of the various categories, and this allows me to reflect on the fact that the emotions that winning a game gives you, winning a tournament are indescribable, it is really gratifying, but at the same time you have to know how to manage the defeat, in my case I failed to position myself among the top five positions, despite this, we must analyze what happened and continue fighting to improve our level of play.
