Hola amigos de FULL DEPORTE.
In times of Pandemic, in confinement we learned to have fun at home doing any kind of activities without excuses. In my case, on rainy days, or extremely hot days, or when I simply don't have practice with the equipment, I like to train at home and thus improve more.
Los ejercicios que suelo hacer en casa son básicamente los que hacemos en prácticas o de videos que veo en YouTube o Instagram de niños que juegan igual que yo. Acá les dejo en video algunas de las rutinas que hago con el balón en casa, esperando que les guste, si tienen niños en casa aburridos pueden ponerlos a practicar para divertirse y aprender sobre el futbol.
The exercises I usually do at home are basically the ones we do in practice or from videos I see on YouTube or Instagram of kids who play just like me. Here I leave you in video some of the routines I do with the ball at home, hoping you like it, if you have bored kids at home you can put them to practice to have fun and learn about soccer.
Exercise 1 blankets with the ball: this exercise helps us to improve our running posture, as well as working on coordination in arms and feet.
Training 2 short touches between legs: helps us to improve ball control.
Training 3: we combine the touch between legs that we did in training number 2, with forward and backward ball conduction.
Training 4 and 5: These exercises are the ones that cost me the most, it is about stepping on the ball in various directions or shapes, this helps us to improve the defense of the ball, and dribbling when driving to dodge opponents.
Exercise 6: We combine the ball with lateral movements and short passes with the inside edge of the foot. It helps us to loosen our left leg, since I am right-handed.
Ejercicio 7 y 8: combinamos pisada de Balón, con toques precisos, dependiendo del color. Nos ayuda en la toma rápida de decisiones, algo crucial en el fútbol.
Exercise 7 and 8: we combine ball stepping with precise touches, depending on the color. It helps us to make quick decisions, something crucial in soccer.
Ejercicio 9: Práctica de tiros libre con Blanco, colocamos dos conos en la pared y la idea era derribarlos con el balón, para trabajar precisión y puntería.
Exercise 9: Practice of free kicks with Blanco, we placed two cones on the wall and the idea was to knock them down with the ball, to work on precision and aiming.
