Simples consejos que pueden ser de utilidad para ejecutar una sentadilla correctamente [ESP-ENG]

Hoy día sábado es un total agrado para mi saludarlos y preguntarles que tal va su fin de semana, hoy regreso con mucho animo de querer compartir con todos en la comunidad mas activa de Hive. En esta oportunidad y como en la gran mayoría de los casos compartidos en mi blog, les traigo un video el cual contiene algunos consejos que les pueden ser de utilidad para ejecutar sus futuras sentadillas.

Todos hemos estado en la situación de que cuando empezamos a ejercitarnos y no contamos con mucho conocimiento y experiencia, los consejos de como posicionarse y de respetarla técnica sobre todas las cosas nos vienen como anillo al dedo. Existen muchas formas de transmitir dicho conocimiento, desde expresarlos con terminologías complicadas o desde lo visual mostrando el como autoevaluarse bien sea frente a un espejo o midiendo distancias como es este el caso.
